Fantastic experience: I've been coming to see Chris and Tom at Inspire for about 3 months now. It's been some of the best training I've done in my entire life. The energy in the sessions is always unreal and both trainers are encouraging and make you feel comfortable. I not only feel myself getting fitter, stronger and in better shape, but mentally always feel refreshed and motivated after a week of training. I'm genuinely so pleased I've started training here and would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health.
