The Gym Group London East Ham High Street

Fantastic experience: Gyms aren't always the most fun place to be but I do love coming here. The gym staff (shout out to Adele, Sunny, Bob) are so friendly and helpful and bring such great energy to classes as well as always pepping you up when you need the extra lift! The gym is kept clean and the staff also make a proactive effort to make sure other members clean up after themselves. Thanks for always making it a great experience!

Positive experience: It's a good gym. But i only have two suggestions. 1. Maybe re-arrange the equipment for e.g, Have a fixed barbell rack around the dumbbell racks. Also re-arrange the dumbbell racks so that they are underneath the mirror and not side to side as it get's cramped up when you're trying to move around with weights. 2. More cleaning stations. There are some here and there but sometimes they just disappear or run out. It would be nice to have some paper towels around the free weights sections. Apart from that, really good gym. Has everything you'll ever need. Just maybe change the spaces a bit.
