Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this place highly enough. Some of the best instructors I've come across in London. Big plus, they keep the classes small (I believe 8 people max per class) and the studios are spacious and beautifully renovated. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Vita for 7 years and followed them to the new location. Love the wide range of different class styles and teachers and for me the convenient location, special mention to Sophie, Courtney, Jake and Raoni. They have over the years also been very accommodating with my class packages and swapping sessions in certain circumstances where possible. I have been a loyal customer and found that Federica and her team have appreciated and reciprocated that loyalty.

Fantastic experience: Their Italian coffee and croissants get my day off to the perfect start - truly delicious and reminds me of being in Italy every morning! I also love their sandwiches and wraps for a tasty light lunch.

Fantastic experience: I recently started my pilates sessions at Vita and I must say it's amazing how you feel better and better after each class. The studios are full of light and very quiet and relaxing. The instructors are fantastic, very professional and helpful. When I finish my classes, I always stop at the Cafe on the ground floor, they have wonderful healthy and tasty superfood salads and great smoothies to go with them, not to mention their delicious Italian coffee. Top notch!

Fantastic experience: I really have loved the classes at Vita, it’s gotten me way more involved with yoga and Pilates and now I am much more enthusiastic about classes and practice in my own time. The instructors are all lovely and the equipment is very modern! I’d highly recommend.
