Fantastic experience: Boxing and mma equipment is brilliant. I thought the gym was fully loaded with everything I would need to train. I will return soon and might become a member, only issue for me personally might be distance to travel.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely sound gym. For £20 per month and 24hr access you really can't complain. Its a gym....... weights, cardio and no classes which suits me down to the ground. Good quantity of free weights and weights machines. Can get busy at peak times but there's always something free to use, but that's the great thing about 24hr access. No egos, great friendly staff. A really good place to get fit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, like a kid in a sweet shop here so much equipment, such a range dumbells 2 sets of everything up to 70kg massive gem of a gym by far the best of the foundry gyms as well.

Fantastic experience: Don't want to be too complimentary else everyone will be here: perfect range of machines/weights; 24hr opening.

Fantastic experience: Only gym I know that's manned 24 7 and the staff are friendly. Gym is very varied with a lot of choice of equipment and weights and cardio equipment there is even boxing bags and a ring. Only thing they don't do is classes however there are a couple of personal trainers who work there who would be able to sort out any fitness goals you have if your willing to pay there prices.

Fantastic experience: Look many would not give it 5*as it's not a lifestyle loving beautiful and brave yoga gym. This is a real gym weights machines boxing sweat. Period. That's what I want.
