Fantastic experience: Sabrina strikes a great balance between personal training, physical support and hands-on manipulation as well as therapeutic sensitivity. She’s helped me a lot with a chronically dodgy back. Since doing Pilates with her several people have asked if I’ve grown taller! I’m sure I have. ????

Since I've been doing pilates taught by Sabrina I've had zero injuries running, cycling, skiing, SUPing, mountaineering and I also my back and neck always feel great.
