Fantastic experience: Excellent gym for the price! Well laid out, a good range of equipment and an app that lets you check how busy it is before you set out. I'm no gym bunny, but the space and the range of users makes it a comfortable and welcoming experience even for the out-of-shape. Another reviewer wasn't very happy with the amount of cardio equipment, but don't let that put you off. There's a dedicated cardio area on the ground floor, and a few more machines upstairs. While the footprint is smaller than that of the resistance machines or free weights, you can pack more cardio machines into that space! Lots of users seem to focus on the weights, and in the month I've been coming, I've never had to wait for a treadmill, bike, elliptical or stepper - in fact, I'm often the only person in that zone! I think they've got the balance right.

Fantastic experience: Decent gym, clean, good set of equipment for the average person. Has a few gym bellends already who can't wipe down benchs or rerack weights but not the gyms fault.

Fantastic experience: Having last been to a gym nearly three years ago, I was a little apprehensive. Went down on opening day after signing up online and what a great surprise! Loads of staff, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and they even had freebie energy drinks! The layout is spacious, loads of equipment across two floors, the cardio section is facing the walls (some mirrored, some not) to help those who might be body-conscious and the free weights section is large enough to accommodate numerous trainers. Really well thought-out layout. The app worked perfectly for entry, the cardio equipment had various options and functions including heart rate, calorie burn, distance etc, and the Yanga water was nice, cold and refreshing. I really enjoyed it, big thanks to Katie from the central office and Simon for being so professional, courteous and welcoming!
