Positive experience: Everything you need in a gym. Cheap memberships for London and offers great classes. Equipment is relatively well maintained. Can get busy at peak hours but hasn't stopped me getting on the things I want to use.

Positive experience: Been coming here for a while, staff are friendly, faciltiies are a bit lacking (especially the cleanliness of the changing rooms) but at the end of the day for the price it's pretty difficult to beat in london.

Fantastic experience: As I said, I am re-evaluating the note due to the response to my complaint. At no time did I talk about the use of the mobile, but the use of the device while sitting on the workout machine. Looking for someone from the staff is an idea without a doubt and I appreciate it, but it doesn't solve the problem. But a warning spread across areas limiting usage time per approach can improve the situation. A manager who circulates around the area will also inhibit rubbish spread by users and other abuses such as Personal Trainers who use 02 or more workout machines to do "circuit" training with their private students. Note that I do not want to deteriorate the company's image, but to help and improve it. Thanks.
