Fantastic experience: Great customer service, friendly welcoming staff. Clean environment with good covid policy and practices in place. Brilliant enjoyable zumba class, fantastic teacher, patient and welling to provide additional support when needed. Definitely recommend Jodies Zumba class Thursday evenings at 6.45pm

Fantastic experience: Swimming booked and paid on the app. Limited numbers of people in the pool and no people hanging around changing rooms. Excellent customer service (well if it’s not good then people won’t come and the centre will shut). Welcome to the excellent new normal of Southbury leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: So nice to be back after 5 months! Teething problems with the app to, when trying to book sessions, however the staff where very helpful and noted out concerns as everyone there had problems, im off this week, however next week back to work and need to pool to be back to 7am opening, this will be an issue with most customers I think, opening hours hopefully to be reviewed?

Fantastic experience: The zumba group exercise class is AMAZING. The instructor is a lovely lady full of passion and energy- can’t fault her in any way. Super fun and great workout for all ages and abilities!

Fantastic experience: Would greatly recommend this place. Very warm and nice swimming pool for kids. It gets a bit crowded on weekends and you might have to wait for the next session but it’s worth it. Clean changing facilities, lots of hair driers and a lovely cafe you can watch you child from.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and pool and a wide variety of exercise classes! Gym has everything you need but is quieter and friendlier than other gyms in the area

Fantastic experience: A small soft play for kids. Small pool for younger children or babies with a large pool right next to it. A full gym with classes. Lots of parking outside.
