Peak Power Gym Strength and fitness

Fantastic experience: Really good gym would definitely recommend. Packed with gear. Weights cater for everyone from low to very heavy so will suit anyones personal fitness needs. Not to busy even at peak times . If you are looking for a new gym or want to start training give this place a visit.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a real hidden gem - spacious, loads of equipment, inclusive and always spotlessly clean. Alex the owner and personal trainer is personable, skilled, has level 4 in sports massage and is an expert at rehab. I started coming after my knee replacement in Feb 2016 and since then have lost over 2.5 stone and can dead lift 90kg. Not bad for an OAP granny!
