Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for over 3 years and ice achieved so much in those years. I've got nothing bad to say about it.

Fantastic experience: The staff can not help you enough, they don't bother you or watch what you are doing they just let you get on l with your workout unless you want to know how to work a machine, set up one of the 3 free personal training sessions. The staff flight definitely go out of there way when you need their help, they are also really friendly and polite! The equipment is always in great working condition and clean. You always see then being cleaned. The free classes are also fabulous and the personal trainers clearly know what they are doing. The changing rooms are huge and have big individual showers and places for you to dry your hair etc so you can go before work etc. The gym is really safe and easy to access with either the lift or the stairs. This gym is definitely worth it and I am extremely satisfied with it! The environment is extremely welcoming which helps you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. I highly recommend this gym :)

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Super affordable, has all the premium equipments, free weights, spacious, well lit and ventilated. Excellent overall quality. Good location. Great, friendly staff. Good choice in membership packages. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place iz spot on. Open 24 / 7. Right in the centre ov leeds. I work away from home. This place az saved me a fortune. Its £14 a month. It works out 3-1/2 pints. Averages about £4 a pint. It keeps me off the drink.

Fantastic experience: A great gym with really friendly members of staff who take the time to say hello when you arrive and are approachable if you have any questions. The classes are great and the instructors are better than any other gym I have been to. Jonny Williams, Chloe Moore and Levi are amazing - they are so friendly, know what you are capable of and when to push you and they change up the classes each week. They are the reason I get up at 6am each morning to go to their classes. The gym itself is spacious, clean and plays good music. I absolutely would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: They have workout classes, personal trainers and all the gym equipment you can imagine. They have sunbeds, showers and changing rooms. It is a very secure access to get in and out. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym, although on the small side. But has a lot of space for mats and a lot of equipment - not an intimidating layout at all.

Fantastic experience: I've joined this as I work very close to here, which allows me to go before work. It's the cheapest priced gym for the equipment and service available. I tend to go @ 06:30am, which is fairly quite and it's always getting well cleaned by the friendly cleaners at this time. It's not missing any form of equipment. Can't fault it. I have heard about how busy it is between 3-8pm. However, this doesn't impact me so 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I just had a Fat burn class with Laila at The Gym on Headrow. I absolutely loved it!!! I feel my body effectively trained and Laila was so friendly and supportive ! I definitely recomand her classes ! ☺

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean gym with plenty of equipment and a low monthly cost. You're not tied into a contract either which is good. They have sunbeds and classes available to book. Equipment is usually in good working order and if things do get broken they're fixed quite quickly.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good gym for the price you are paying. Getting in and out with your pin makes it easy for access. Equipment is good, the treadmills and ellipticals are basic but do their job. I haven't attended any classes but when I go I can see that a lot of people attend them and they aren't empty. Ladies showers and changing room are clean. I always manage to get a locker as well. Everyone is in their own world working out so it's nice that you do your own thing but know that are others there to keep you company but don't judge you.
