Fantastic experience: Love the gym environment! This Ladies only gym is very friendly. Trisha, the owner of the gym is in the gym all the time and she helped me make connections in the community and she is always happy to talk about anything with you, makes the time working out pass by faster. She helps everyone with their workout. Lovely woman! The gym consist of a 30 mins circuit workout with 10 stations of machines, including cardio, arms, legs, abs and cool down, with a 3 mins timer on the big tv screen, makes my daily workout easy. The class the gym offers are great fun, I tried boxercise, zumba, dance fit, and pilates! Instructors are very energetic and friendly! If you are new to Horsforth, this gym is a great way to make friends! 100% recommend it!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym for women of different fitness levels and abilities. The 30 minute circuit is fab - ideal for women who have limited time or, like me, chronic conditions including pain and fatigue. It's a very welcoming environment and everyone is nice, staff and members alike. I feel supported to meet my goals and always leave feeling much happier. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality After a lifetime of exercise avoidance i have finally found a gym where i feel comfortable. The female vibe and the fact that all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome really helps. I especially enjoy the boxercise and was happy to learn today that it will be returning soon .
