We welcome you to come and work out in our extensive fitness suite complete with the latest Precor cardio & resistance equipment, along with free weights and a Queenex functional area or join in on one of our many classes including Les Mills On Demand with friends in our very own studio. Whichever you choose, our team of instructors are on hand to provide you with expert advice that will help you to achieve your goals

Then unwind in our warm & inviting pool & relaxation area, re energise your muscles in the Spa Pool and Steam room or simply relax on one of our many loungers.

The perfect option for those who prefer not to be tied into membership for a set period of time, trying our facilities to check that they suit your requirements, or for those who like to work-out on an adhoc basis.

Swimming is a great way to keep fit and learn essential water safety skills. Kids from ages 3 - 15 have unlimited access to the swimming pool during children’s hours (check these with the club), and children under 3 swim for free! Junior swimmers are subject to the supervision policy – find out more at your local club.

Available for 2 adults and up to 3 children aged between 3-15, this membership is perfect for you to have fun and enjoy your fitness journey together.
