Fantastic experience: Never set foot in a gym before until I came to RS Fitness and wow what a lovely place. Ruby and Dom were amazing on my first day, very welcoming and reassuring as they were on Facebook messenger prior too. Every class I go to I love the gym a little more! I've never used gym equipment yet every session I am asked if I no how to use it and someone is always there to show me. Definitely my little safe place now! Thank you everyone at RS Fitness xx

Fantastic experience: I've joined and quit gyms over the past years and always lost motivation to go very quickly. I joined RS to complete a 30 day reset and was sure I wouldn't stick around and sign up to a membership afterwards as I knew what I was like... yet here I am almost 6 months later, fully signed up and attending 2-3 classes per week that I absolutely still love. I feel better in myself physically but also mentally. Such a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is so nice and welcoming. 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Go here twice a week for the over 40's classes.. My son goes to the students class.. Ruby and Dom are excellent instructors and make sure we are safe and show us the correct way if we are not doing it right.. we both enjoy our time and learning experience of the gym. The groups are really good and prices are really good...

Fantastic experience: We go to the child friendly Babyfit classes and it has been a lifesaver. I can get some good, decent exercise from a great trainer in Ruby, whilst my little one gets social time with other children in a safe environment. Highly recommend this gym for mums!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member if RSfitness since the day it opened. I dont think I have ever stuck with anything this long. It just seems natural to go here now and not a chore. Its a family run gym with a very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff always on hand ....and more importantly through these recent times all social distancing and cleaning is adhered too meticulously #teamrs
