Positive experience: It is convenient, but for nearly £40 a month it does seem overpriced for what you get and the 'upkeep' of the building lets it down. The gym is quite small and there is not a lot of choice especially when it gets busy, and the equipment doesn't work properly (hardly any have signal to connect to TV like they should. The pool area is quite dated and tired and could do with a bit of TLC (many tiles missing in the pool, just feels a bit old and grubby), same situation in the changing rooms (the hair dryers are rusty etc). Staff are nice and welcoming, but for the price you pay it doesn't really represent a 'health club', you can probably get more modern and cleaner facilities at a leisure centre I'm sure!

Fantastic experience: Just rejoined today after things have got back to normal-ish. This is the best gym in Milton Keynes by far. Staff really caring and helpful nothing is too much trouble, it's just brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Decent gym but to expensive for what you get not 24 hour and stuggle to get on the machines but the staff their are really helpful and will give you a detailed program talor for your individual needs so it's a bonus point , but bare in mind it is 38 a month and you can't use the other gym in the xcape so not really worth it but it's out of the way and hardly any fitness freaks here more for your average joe who gets intimidated by musclely people

Fantastic experience: Nice, friendly gym. Lovely little pool with sauna and jacuzzi. The gym itself is nice, not the biggest but selection of cardio, free weights and some weights machines, fine off peak. Lots of classes including Pilates 4 days a week.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for about 6 months and really enjoy it. They offer lots of classes, the gym is always clean. Love the steam rooms great after a good workout. They provide you with towels. You need to bring your own padlock for the lockers in changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: Love this Health Club, use the Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna regularly. The members are wonderful, 99% love to chat, just like family. Small and friendly.
