Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! Huge amount of space with a variety of equipment to target all parts of the body. Clean and well maintained, the staff are always ready to help and have answered a handful of questions about exercises and the machines. Most importantly cheap making it worth it compared to other gyms around the area.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of equipment espec the kettlebells, best to go off peak times when it's less busy the app is great you can check the amount of people in the gym. Would love if The Gym Group started spinning classes too as I really enjoy spinning , basic gym though great value

Positive experience: Great gym if you want to hit the weights or use the treadmill etc. Only downside is lots of “Gym Bro’s” spending more time on their phone’s than necessary, taking up the machinery and (limited) free weight area’s doing Instagram with their pipe cleaner bicep’s and calves…..

Most gyms are dark when you get inside and are lit by lights but this place really brings forth the happy pill in your head as soon as you walk in. Plenty of natural light to keep you happy even before you start a work out. :-) ...

Fantastic experience: gym is good nice machines good environment of gym but the only problem is machines always busy its not bcoz ppl r using them its bcoz ppl sit on each machine and talk to eachother and dont let go of any machine so u have to wait to get a machine after 8 mins r so .. everyday i waste alot of time waiting to get my turn just bcoz ppl have important things to discuss while they r on machine.. its not the gym fault its not my fault but ppl need to understand this

Fantastic experience: I have been a gym member since they have been opened. Never been disappointed. Car park can get full at peak times but 95% of the you will find space. Very good quality machine's which are well maintained. Great selection of equipment for cardio or weight training. Never needed to wait around to use equipment. Free classes available. Ask one of the friendly staff for details. Also can check the notice board for lesson times. Very clean and tidy. Shower facilities available in needed however i have not used them. There are lockers available to put your bags in. Free to use weighing scale next to the water fountain dispenser. Drinking water does not taste bad at all compared to other local gyms. Vending machines available if you choose not to drink from water dispenser. Vending machines take card, contactless or coins. Fantastic experience: In terms of pricing and classes this is a great little gym. The parking is very useful. There are always classes available unlike my last gym. The fact it is 24 hour gym is great. You can also do a double membership and be registered at 2 gyms without being tied to a contract.

Fantastic experience: I own the bundle membership and have access and visit gyms all over uk while travel for work. I have to admit this one is my favorite. There is a lot of space. All kind of equipments and my favorite part, lots of benches and weights available on the bodybuilding area. Cheap, clean and right place for men's and women's all ages.

Fantastic experience: Out of the six The Gym sites I've been to this one for me ranks top. Huge, open floor space, plenty of quality, functioning and available equipment, good air temperature at all times, good changing facilities and showers. I've never had to wait to use anything, not even the drinking water fountains (as there's two together). Outside of peak times (including weekends) it can be ultra quiet too, another bonus Despite the above it's worth mentioning that there unfortunately appears to be a few who abuse the membership rules at this site - not to be disparaging of the area but it's probably not surprising that entry pin sharing is a known problem here. Least at the city centre sites this doesn't tend to be as big an issue

Fantastic experience: A nice clean environment to go on training they've got a lot of cardio machines lot of steppers cross trainers rowers and they have got a weight of deception separate a big open space that when you go there you get positive Energy to train and to achieve your goal the staff are very friendly very helpful smile at you all the time and always willing to help strongly recommended to go and get joined with the gym
