Each UltraFlex is under development for several months and whilst it would have been easy just to slap some paint on the walls, get one manufacturer to sell us a package of all the leftover equipment and then pat ourselves on the back, we don’t do average, we are wanting to build a legacy, competing alongside some of the top gyms in the world and that can’t be done in a lunchtime.
Instead, we choose the hard route, to rebuild from the ground up, a 100% no holds barred fit out over 10-15,000 sq.ft, with brand new changing facilities, studio & treatment rooms and even our own barbershop. We then hand-pick the best equipment from the top independent manufacturers around the world, some of which are custom made, to ensure that our members have exactly what they need to achieve their goals. This is a total structural overhaul featuring brand new cardio, boxing and MMA.
We know how frustrating it can be to have to wait when you’re ready to train, so we have a huge volume of weights and cardio equipment, to ensure that there are multiple racks and machines for every body part, so that when it is busy, it doesn’t have to delay your session.
Whether you are an experienced strength athlete, or just starting out and want to lose weight or get in shape, then we have everything you need to get the most out of your workouts and match your effort with results. We are open to all, with a friendly and positive environment to make you feel welcome and part of the family. If you need a little push, or just want a new routine, we have a great team of experienced personal trainers at your disposal.

Ridiculous amount of high quality equipment and every single item has been hand picked by the staff so they are all good. I always make sure to get a session in if I’m in the area.

Great range of equipment and big signs over the areas letting you know where equipment is (chest, back, legs ect). Members were also really friendly. Music is loud so probably don't bring your headphones. Can't wait to go back

Great facilities with an in gym kitchen and barbers! Membership is slightly more expensive than other gyms but the price is reflected in the vast range of equipment and its condition.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in England. Kuba and the team have nailed it. Every peice of equipment is smooth. Hand picked equipment for each body part. They need to do an offer for people who live 1hour + away who want to train once a week... Eg. Train 4 times a month for £15 it will be great and save the customers who are willing to travel 50 60 miles to train a few quid.
Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever been to hands down, and I can safely say it will probably be the best you'll ever go to. It's one of the only gyms where I would say wearing headphones would ruin the experience. At this gym you have to take it all in, the environment is unreal, the people, the music the equipment is all unbelievable.
Fantastic experience: I've trained at several different gyms but this tops it by far, the depth of equipment and quality is something else. Credit to the guys here at Rotherham. I often make the 40-50 minute journey from my house to train at the facilities and I am never disappointed. Due to the wide range of equipment you never struggle to find something you would like to use.

Fantastic experience: More equipment and in good condition than usual gyms, with an area for powerlifting, this gym produces champions. However, your average gym goer and new recruit are made exceptionally welcome.
Fantastic experience: I lecture globally in the 'Health and Fitness' industry and been in many gyms ... this is by far the best I have been in. It's not the highest spec equipment with the biggest diversity of machines, but the staff are supportive and friendly, the music is on point along with the gym providing additional features such as tanning beds, hair dressers, physiotherapy room, meal prep services and more.
