Fantastic experience: As an inexperienced gym user I was quite nervous about my initial visit but was put at ease by the manager Ceri who was an absolute delight. Friendly, professional and efficient. I was shocked to learn she is the new manager and has just started working there as she appeared so confident and comfortable. She showed me around and nothing was too much trouble.Really enjoyed my session. Highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym I've ever been going to! Lots of equipment available, cycling classes, zumba, yoga, basically anything you can think about it there. Also, there is a large swimming pool available with spa pool, steam room and sauna as well. It's a full workout venue allowing everyone to find something for themselves. Highly recommend!
