Fantastic experience: Went back after few months away due to operation. I had a lovely girl Ruby, I needed help with some apparatus in the gym im unfamiliar with. She was amazing. Spent time and showed me everything I needed. Even did me a schedule to help me through and to remember. Was really happy leaving there. Made me feel more comfortable and confident for when I'm back tomorrow. Great stuff. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Me and my son have been members for over 3 months and it’s a great gym. Stevenage one . Plenty of kids club activities and classes for the adults. I have found all the staff friendly and helpful. It is very clean and the jacuzzi is fantastic. I definitely recommend. It’s a bit expensive but I think it’s definitely worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I have always found the staff polite friendly and helpful.No hard sell and very honest . The gym is well equipped the pool area and changing rooms are always clean. Hatfield staff could learn a lot from them

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gymnasium! Popped down there with a couple mates, easy access for all of us other than my friend CAMERON SUITE who couldn't fit through the turnstiles. headed into the weight lifting area and my mate Orlindifart was proper good at the weights, mighty fine Hench chap he is. I even went into the swimming pool an had great fun with the kids, they enjoyed it alot. Will be coming back again! However, I have had some bad experiences: The Gym itself is perfectly fine. However, due to the bad experience I've had I am making other people aware about how staff at this branch treat there customers. After taking out a membership in February I was told that due to this being a club and not a full David Lloyd, I would be able to cancel if I was to relocate as there would be no expectation on myself to pay further money for a Membership (Other Branch / clubs are a quite a lot more money per month). This was the SOLE reason I joined the gym as I knew I would be relocating again within 6 months. There has been a catalogue of failures from every single member of staff I have spoken too since trying to cancel my membership. Being given wrong email addresses, rude customer service assistants and not hearing anything back after countless phone calls and emails. I am genuinely shocked at the standard of service I have received from this company and will be following this up with a head office complaint documenting every correspondence I've had with staff at this particular club. I have been to David LLoyd clubs before and never heard of this kind of treatment. Overall, I didn't want to have to resort to this but essentially I have been tricked by there sales team into taking out a membership that was never suiting to my needs. If this is the kind of Sales tactics they need to use in order to get sign ups then I think it should be brought to everyone's attention.

Fantastic experience: Came in on a guest pass whilst down for work after hearing good things - didn't disappoint! Staff were extremely friendly, modern kit and the rest of the facilities were better than what i've experienced elsewhere locally when visiting. Will be returning.
