Good gym plenty of kit be fantastic if weights were more organised dumbbell racks all muddled up and plates can be a ball ache to look for but plenty of cables parkings tight and not 24hr like the gym

Great gym, friendly staff who always take the time to say "ayup" ,large variety of equipment. Cannot fault it at all.

Plenty of room to train, it's clean with antibacterial stations for wiping down the equipment, friendly atmosphere and instructors

I expect a lot of people won't know this, but they have a physio room at the gym. Although I have not used the equipment, I am impressed by all the different types of equipment and how very clean and up to date they are. This place has something for any stage of keep fit, whether like me your getting older by the minute or a youngster in their 20's. It is fully supported by qualified staff who are only too happy to help, guide, and encourage you in your efforts, all done in a friendly atmosphere. Great place to become enthused into having a healthier body and comes with a affordable monthly price tag.
