Fantastic experience: Warning: Highly addictive. This studio will spoil you... Once you're here, you wouldn't want to join a regular gym as the quality of sessions & circuits covered are way beyond your normal routine exercise. You aren't judged & nice friendly environment to keep you going. Ian an ex-military expert is by far the best personal trainer I've come across. Great place worth becoming a member!!!

Fantastic experience: I've trained with Ian for 2 years before Warrior Fitness and only changed due to new gym opening on my doorstep in Stockton Heath. I've never settled or really enjoyed any part of the new gym and felt totally disengaged. I've followed Warrior Fitness on Facebook and Instagram and always felt i was missing out, the classes looked so motivational. Tonight was my first class as a Warrior, it didn't disappoint. I am buzzing. Ian- ever the professional and mega motivator. It's so good to be back!

Fantastic experience: The only Gym I've ever been able to stick at, they offer classes as well as PT with a range of classes mostly focusing on HIIT and Pump, producing a good combination of cardio and strength focused exercises. All the PTs are freindly and welcoming, and all are talented at a variety of different things. It's a gym that takes all and works to anyone's speed no matter the fitness level of the individual.
