Fantastic experience: Been with Better Gym for almost a year now, love attending each week, ir is affordable, has a good range off classes and equipment. The staff team are amazing, friendly, helpful and will challenge you. We always feel welcome, the other people within the gym are friendly, respectful and you will have a laugh. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have used most gyms around Belfast. But the Better Gym Belfast is far the best. It has a great team off friendly staff who are always welling to help you out when needed. There is something for everyone at the gym.

Fantastic experience: A really fantastic gym with great, up to date facilities and all the equipment you could need. The PT and classes are great and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time today. Like an eejit I came in the wrong door but the lovely Jamie seen me floundering to find my way into the Gym and came to my rescue. He gave me a walk through of the face recognition and got me registered for that. The gym is well set up for distanced work outs and has lots of available cleaning materials. The resistance weight machines and cardio having the My Wellness app settings were amazing and really stepped up my work out. I love the wave pattern which allowed me to better pace my sets. The virtual class room seems like a great way to complete a work out and I think I will take advantage the next time I am there and the classes seem like great fun from the videos on Instagram. The women's locker rooms were very clean. Luckily I had a lock but it is something to note as other Better gyms I have been to have their own locks built in.

Fantastic experience: It is the biggest gym I have ever been in with a great selection of equipment wether you are into bodybuilding, cardio, toning, and is competivly prices. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: So I have just signed up with Andy for PT sessions. I have never set foot inside a gym, too intimidating. But Andy has made it very comfortable and put me at ease every minute. Hes excellent at explaining the equipment and was very quick to find out what I would enjoy and what I would be good at. I really look forward to my gym sessions weekly. :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly and pleasant staff, very modern open plan gym but not too over the top like some new gyms can be, lots of classes and all equipment you need for a good workout.

Fantastic experience: This is the future of fitness...this gym provides a fantastic digital experience. No need for a membership card...like the new iPhone X you use facial recognition for entry. Your free fitness programme is stored on your phone and automatically sets up the equipment. If you can’t remember an exercise there is a short video to remind you of the perfect technique. The class timetable is fantastic with a wide variety of classes, including Les Mills Virtual programmes. You’ll be amazed at the interactive Prama programme...just push play to experience this latest trend. Venture into the free weights area to find power racks with Olympic lifting platforms, plate loaded machines, pre loaded bars, cables and more. There’s a functional area with all the latest functional training equipment including a rig, battle ropes, boxing bags and a flipping tyre.To top it all off there’s safe cycle storage if you fancy biking into work. Definitely worth a visit...
