Fantastic experience: I spent yesterday afternoon in Bannatyne, using the pool, Steam room and jacuzzi, followed by time in the relaxation room and an massage by the amazing Chloe… and all I can say is, WOW! The service was exceptional, the facilities were clean and the massage was amazing…it was such a relaxing afternoon and a perfect way to spend a cold, wet Wednesday in January! Chloe was kind and professional… and i can’t wait to get back for another afternoon in the outstanding spa.

Fantastic experience: I went for a Swedish couples massage for my birthday and loved every second. The staff were very friendly and their expertise was reassuring. There was also access to a relaxation room, with waterbeds and heated marble beds too. Then there was a clean pool area, with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room. The changing facilities are clean and tidy too, with showering available and communal and private changing.

Fantastic experience: Visited here today with my mum for a spa day and were made to feel welcome from start to finish, very friendly and informative staff! We also got some treatments done and I couldn’t recommend the hot shell back massage enough, amazing! Will be back!

Fantastic experience: I went to Bannatyne Spa for my hen do, and I had a wonderful time. We each had a 45 minute treatment, access to the facilities and use of the relaxation room. The staff were so lovely, and even gifted myself and the chief bridesmaid. I can't wait to go back, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, I had a swim, hot tub, sauna ,steam room and multiple showers and to top it off a lovely relaxing full body massage ,now I'm so relaxed ,wow just do it,life is short,enjoy it all ,cheers for now

Fantastic experience: Nice relaxing experience staff were very helpful. Health suite was lovely and clean and kept to a high standard. Got the back and shoulder massage and was carried out to a high standard by experienced and caring staff. Would highly recommend this as a 5 star experience overall. Many thanks owen.

Fantastic experience: Since the pandemic this gym has been doing all the right things to let their members train safely. They’re strict about masks, your temperature is taken by an automatic system at the door and you won’t get in if you fail to meet the standard. There are lots of cleaning stations, and fortunately most members are responsible and properly clean the equipment they use. And of course it’s a good gym with great equipment and facilities.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, the staff were so friendly the place was spotless. Me and my mum really enjoyed our beauty treatments as well as the pool and hot tubs.

Fantastic experience: I had a day spa experience here. The first time I have visited. The whole complex was very clean with lots of social distance measures in place. The spa was very relaxing esp the relaxation room I could have stayed there all day. Chloe was my therapist and she gave me on of the best massages I have had. A very professional and friendly therapist who knows her job well.

Positive experience: Been attending this building long enough to be part of the furniture. Always a brilliant place inside and out. Staff are as good as they get. The screamers and tracksuits are nowhere to be heard or seen. Down sides: Poor signal area renders WIFI you’re only means of contact-ability, sadly the WiFi is poor, If it’s working. People also have a habit of sitting on the floor, in-front of vacant apparatus to do yoga or alike. Apparatus is sometimes taken over, while i’m replacing sanitising equipment, before use. Typically by someone who watched me clean the equipment for them , or lack ability to clean equipment themselves. Sadly as this is a regular occurrence by some unsanitary and arrogant individuals , I’ve decided to leave the gym.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant facilities and setup, never too busy in the mornings and always a machine or bench free for whatever you need to do. Always classes on, again not packed out but enough people there for extra motivation. Then for after the workout head to the jacuzzi and sauna.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience last weekend at the Bannatyne Belfast Health Spa! From the moment my partner and I entered the building until we left, we received an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Deirdre and Shona if you are looking to go for a massage - they listened carefully to our needs and wants and provided top notch massages! The pools, sauna and steam room were an absolute pleasure to use. We will definitely be returning on our next visit back home to Northern Ireland!

Fantastic experience: The experience was so amazing. I used full access to the facilities of the sauna, steam room and pool. The facilities were modern and in great condition. I had booked for a 1 hr full body massage and could not of been anymore happy. The masseur asked me if their was any areas of concern or would like the to pay more attention to and followed with what I had asked. I came away from the spa feeling completely relaxed and very refreshed and would recommend they experience and facilities to anyone thinking to book an experience. Fantastic experience: Jake Is an excellent instructor and I very much enjoy his Group Cycle class on a Thursday. You can tell he has a sporting background.He directs the class confidently. He is easy to understand, explains what to expect next, and obviously from his boxing background has a really good understanding of class progression. I am a keen outdoor cyclist and have noticed a huge improvement in my speed and endurance since attending all the group cycling classes, though especially Jake’s

Fantastic experience: This place is a hidden gem. Staff are SO friendly and very approachable, total credit to the business. We came here today for a full pampering and relaxation day and have been treated very well. Members of the club where also very friendly and easy to talk too. The facilities are excellent.

I went to a great class by Lucy and enjoyed the excellent swim/spa facilities. Had a great experience and actually prefer it to my own gym!

Fantastic experience: As a previous member of virgin Bannatyne gym is as enjoyabe. Very friendly staff. Dean helped me out when my car wdnt start in the carpark. Yoga is fab total workout. Love this gym.
