Fantastic experience: Nice gym, with most of equipments. They have qualified humble stuffs. Very secure and friendly. Only thing to note just avoid peak times, plan your workouts accordingly.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym which any gym user would be pleased with. Doesn’t have every piece of equipment available but more than enough for a decent workout and can get crowded but only because of the low price.

Fantastic experience: With it being a 24hour gym and having shift work it works perfect for me ! I normally go late at night so don’t get the normal morning/evening rush. Gym at 01:00 is the best! Well equipped and clean. Can’t go wrong for the price

Fantastic experience: I was quite concerned when I started here because of COVID. However I think they've done really well and everyone seems to respect the cleaning of the equipment between exercises. The place has plenty of equipment and well spaced out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clean, large, spacious gym with excellent modern equipment for a bargain price. Open 24 hours, wow! Cleaner on duty at night. Dates provided in Ramadan, nice touch. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. I grew up in Romford. The gym’s a few quid more expensive than my local but I was so impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, the space - I like working out with my friends upstairs and there’s loads of room, the equipment and of course I get good memories of my youth being at the Brewery, great location right in front of the car park. I’ve extended my membership to cover Romford so I go there quite often now :)

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister went here a few weeks ago and it couldn't have been better really! Emily was super friendly, accomodating and even gave us a tour of the gym and showed us how to use the equipment! She explained how to use the equipment well and easily so that made us feel really welcome and we both felt less intimidated after! We will be coming again to this gym :) Thank you :)

Positive experience: Not a bad gym have decent equipments but feel could be better if they had boxing and sled and also the battle rope

Positive experience: Great venue to work out. Friendly staff, easy class booking, no contract, 24/7 access and free sport water incl every 20min with the premium membership. App shows how many people are in the gym, very handy. There is no spa area, no pool, no outside area, no tennis courts etc. Just a gym.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean, with clear indicators on the ground to suggest social distancing. A good range of weights, only wish they had a sandbag but overall a good basic gym.

Fantastic experience: Good opportunity for exercises. Lot of space, affordable and even with social distancing you can manage to ha e some exercises, whqtever you are fancy of.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of other gyms in the area but this is definitely the best all round. The gym is clean, tidy and the staff are helpful without being overbearing. Unlike some of the other gyms it doesn’t have fancy equipment like hack squats etc but I’d rather have space to move than some fancy equipment squeezed in together. This gym hits the balance well.
