Going into a gym plus sized is very scary but the staff are so welcoming, it’s bigger than it looks from the outside, the equipment is up to date and I don’t ever find the gym really busy so there’s no waiting to use something, I look forward to going to the gym because it’s so relaxed I don’t feel judgement when going in

Fantastic experience: First time at a gym in 18 months lock downs and a badly broken ankle . So I booked a appointment on the APP, simple and easy. Turned up and was shown around the gym by "Matthew" a great enthusiastic member of your team , who answered all my questions and put me at ease . Thanks again for a 5 STAR SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous joining a gym that it took me 2 months to summon up the courage to join and I'm so glad I chose this gym. Super friendly staff, facilities are super and my first cycle class was insane the other day!! It wasn't too hard but not too easy either and I loved it. Adam was amazing on the phone to me too. I don't have much confidence but this gym is slowly changing me. Look forward to trying more out soon.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I was a bit anxious about joining a gym but the staff are friendly, very helpful and even gave me a rundown on the equipment and suggested a workout for me. Honestly, it's been nothing but a fantastic experience and I'd highly recommend energie fitness Bridgend :) a big thank you to Jacob in particular!

Fantastic experience: High quality, aesthetically pleasing gym. Lot’s of friendly staff (including personal trainers). 24 hours is amazing. Only issue is no free parking, which is understandable as it is located next to Asda and a Pay and Display council car park. All in all lovely facility. Only reason for 4 stars is that some staff can be rude in the private facebook group.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, best gym I've been to. The staff are so helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. Even as a very beginner I felt comfortable going here. They also do online classes at the moment which is great for people with uni and busy schedules like myself

Fantastic experience: I've only been 5 times since joining a few days ago but it's a nice clean gym with all sorts of machines and weights, punchbags and classes. Treadmills are all interactive with TV screens or challenges and goals etc. Good parking near by. Great price, great gym!

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean new gym. Friendly welcoming staff for the most part.l. The equipment is pretty varied with one or two key items missing. Dip bars for example. Supposed to open at 6am but multiple times I've waited til nearly 6.30am before leaving with it still closed. Hence the reason for only a 3 star review and a cancelled membership on my part. edit..Having returned to the gym this month as everyone deserves a second chance I've really been impressed. Great atmosphere and the 24 hour opening times and value for money makes this gym a very attractive proposition. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed friendly environment, clean and good shower/changing rooms, monthly rolling direct debt contract which is obviously way more flexible than a 6 to 12 month contract sign in. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and so are members which adds to the whole experience of wanting to work out for your needs.

Fantastic experience: We called just to check opening hours on boxing day and were told about a free day pass we could get from the website. This was really simple and took a maximum of 1 minute to complete. The gym is huge and has every machine you could hope for, plus 3 of every free weight. The guy who was working (Jake, I think!) was lovely and showed us around plus stayed open a little later to allow us to shower and not rush out. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've signed up to in 3 years. Everyone makes you feel welcome, nothing is too intimidating and love the machines (get to watch telly on them. How amazing!) Well done all for all your hard work into making this an amazing place to be!

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a couple of months and I have to say, great gym. Brand new "Precor" machines, "Concept 2" rowers, plenty of free weights, kettle bells, etc. Knowledgable, friendly staff and great value for money. Not a massive place but not too packed which gives you a chance on the equipment you need to use. Hope they limit the membership so it's not too busy on the times I'm going.
