Training Room NI

The Training Room is based in Comber, and offers you a service consisting of gym membership, exercise classes & quality personal training service.

We will officially open our doors on Monday 25th June 2018.  Located at 24 Bridge Street, Comber our gym facility will be dedicated to delivering the best training experience for our clients, be it through group workouts, personal training or gym membership we cater for all your needs. 

Our new gym membership gives you full access to the gym facility which contains the most up to date commercial equipment. Every member will receive a free induction upon joining and will be constantly challenged and motivated by our committed staff. For all you early birds our doors open at 6am…and with a closing time of 10pm most evenings the night owls are catered for too!

Our Personal Training service is also available onsite where our experienced trainers create the most effective workouts to meet your specific goal & deliver fast results. Sessions run from 6am to 10pm, with the emphasis on ensuring a safe and fun environment allowing you to reach your full potential. For this reason all of our trainers are qualified and insured to the highest standard.
