Rise Performance

Fantastic experience: I started with Aligned a few weeks ago and have not stopped raving about it ever since! I had been signed up to other gyms for long periods of time and didn’t end up going very often, Aligned is totally different and provides a safe space for women to become the best versions of themselves and meet other women on their own paths. For the first time I no longer feel intimidated by the gym and confident to work with all of the equipment because it’s guided and the training plans help you to track where you’re at. Will, Jamie and Amy are incredible trainers and take the time to get to know you and push you to achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with really dedicated and friendly staff. Not your typical gym to work out in and has a fantastic atmosphere. Regularly updated challenges and advice on your workouts and nutrition to keep you motivated and get you the results you want. And then there is also the dog Niko who is adorable. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This wee gym is amazing. I was so nervous walking into my first boot camp class but instantly it felt like I’d always been part of the Rise family. Wilty and Julianne have created a place which caters for all needs and fitness levels. If you have a goal they will help you reach that. I may whinge (a lot!!) but would 100 percent recommend this place! Ps shout out to Niko

Fantastic experience: Rise Performance suits all ability levels and interests with its vast array of equipment. There is everything and more here for an effective session. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and supportive. One word describes this gym "community". With the member challenges, book club etc., it creates a really nice atmosphere. It is extremely clean and spacious. I can't recommend Rise Performance enough.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Belfast only 2 weeks prior to the Covid-19 lockdowns and joined Rise Performance only 10 days before. I immediately felt so welcomed and managed to fit in 2 PT sessions as well as a couple of classes. The facilities are incredible, but what has impressed me most is the continued online support and encouragement I have received. This has enabled me to still train at home and stay motivated. It's like nothing I have ever experienced before. Can't wait until the doors open again.
