Fantastic experience: Great setup, I use it for bespoke circuit fitness sessions for my Junior rugby team. Cardio, weights and HIIT. its a small unit which can accommodate upto 16 people. Modern equipment and good service.

Fantastic experience: The included personal trainers are a nice touch and help to keep me motivated and on track, even after a hard days work. Nice to have a bit of guidance and its nice not sharing a gym with 40 people.
