Fantastic experience: just joined the gym for a week and visited some other clubs. I am very appreciated the Greenwich one has clean and spacious environment. I am very impressed of their staff when i need some help to work with the vending machine and find my lost key back! And i can feel they are very passionate from smile.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend going to this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful and have been a treat to be around. Would like to also mention Azizul who has been teaching sessions to me and the players. He has been excellent in his delivery and would recommend him especially if you play a sport he can make it specific to your sport

Fantastic experience: Super happy with this place! I think it's an excellent value for money, very spacious with pretty much all the equipment you need. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. I've just started lessons with PT Azizul and already feeling the difference!

Fantastic experience: I joined when I was showed around the gym by A lovely guy, I think he is called Richard, he showed me around and was so professional and kind. He made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The gym was clean and smelt good ( unlike a few other gyms I've been to) I would recommend this gym and Richard to anyone. Richard Also showed me the board with all Personal Trainers profiles are. He spoke highly of them all and recommended A PT based on my fitness goals. I'm looking forward to getting to know the team and to working out there. Exciting times for me on my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, simple and to the point, everything you need. Nice large windows with good natural daylight. 7! Concept 2 rowing machine, most I have ever seen in a gym, incredible. Very clean always. The staff are friendly and helpful. Approachable and kind personal trainers. I used to be a platinum David Lloyd member, it was distracting more than anything. I can honestly say, this gym has everything you need and a great layout. I plan on staying at this gym indefinitely.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it. Moved to the area not long ago and was sceptical as there are not many gym options around. The gym is clean, has an amazing vibe and a LARGE variety of machines. Staff very polite and always willing to help. Other customers are very respectful and help to keep the place nice and tidy.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and tidy, lots of space, not tight and packed, well ventilated. I have tried other gyms as well but this one has the best interior plan, lots of different type equipments and machines so you don’t need to wait queues to work out. Classes are easy to book and effective. Thanks to Richard and Azizul for some nice (and hard) workouts.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for a few years, and before Covid 19. This gym has everything you need. The staff are lovely and friendly, and helpful when needed. The gym provides a variety of classes every day which has massively helped people like myself learn new workouts and boost our confidence.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I'd be writing a review about going to the gym, but here it is...I've recently started going to this gym with some work colleagues and seriously impressed, sign up was easy, their app is absolutely perfect to use for booking classes or one of their trainers, advice, goal setting and most importantly entry to the gym added level of security. The one thing that always put me off going was the feeling of intimidation, not here, the staff are welcoming and regularly seen walking around the gym speaking to clients or offering advice. It's by far the most positive experience I've had at a gym.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I’ve been to other branches before but this is by far my favourite. Affordable, yet spacious, well equipped and always clean. I’ve tried few of the classes they offer and loved them all! The staff is super friendly and helpful which is definitely an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: I have not long been at Greenwich but I love it here. I feel so comfortable which I found hard to find and gym where I felt comfortable and want to come back. But me loving this gym has made me love coming here and makes me want to come. Its so clean and smells amazing which I've never been to a gym which smells nice and doesn't smell like sweat. So I strongly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The place is clean and very well maintained. I have to say that I’ve been coming more often since I meet the staff/Pt Viktor, such a friendly person, always smiling, very helpful, most of times when he’s not helping people around I’ve noticed that he is taking care of the place cleaning and organising. Very professional and respectful. At first you see that big fella and you think that he might be that gym grump type but his commitment and heart and professionalism are impressive. Also the short guy but very pumped and strong that i believe to be the manager is a very happy and responsible always on the gym floor smiling and taking care of the place.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to this gym. The staff have become like family and always help out with queries, demonstrations and direction when I request assistance and are genuinely caring about my welfare. There's always a jovial and welcoming inclusiveness within the environment which I attribute to the fantastic attitude shown by a wonderfully diverse group of trainers. The gym attracts people who take fitness seriously so there's never any annoying behaviour. I love that I've met many different people from different global cultures and societies. I hope to enjoy being a gym member as long as I live in London.

Fantastic experience: Love training at a quiet gym... So 2am is sometimes the best time to go, you can get a lot done while still collecting your thoughts for the day ahead.. this gym is not like other gyms that have an upstairs...everything is set out on one long floor.. Great gym 10/10

Positive experience: All in all in has what you need. All was fine up until a trainer started doing a class on the same lifting pad as me whilst I was trying to do squats, hoping this isn't a common occurance.

Fantastic experience: I strangely love the shape of this gym, the length of it makes it feel less crowded. The gym is great overall, friendly staff, plenty of equipment, great AC, fairly clean toilets, loads of natural light, and there's a culture of cleaning one's equipment after use! So much better than the gyms I've been to before, especially the central London ones.

Positive experience: Good gym and very affordable. There's also a good variety of equipment. I'm not a fan of the keypad entry system though, combined with the pods that you have to go through to get in. It would be very easy to spread Covid in those with the trapped air.

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere and all the people who work here. It is my gym for few years and I can say I feel like my second home. The staff always try to help you in everything you need and they have respected Covid rules as the government guidelines. When the gym was closed due to lockdown,they stopped the payments and they have always recalculated with the amount left when they have reopened without taking any extra money from my account. I am grateful to have found a gym like this. Thank you very much team, you are the best! :)

Fantastic experience: The layout is ok some space could be used more efficiently. The gym has a lot of machines to suit your needs depending on the area the your working on. The bathroom changing rooms are clean. The staff are thoughtful and friendly also encouraging .
