Fantastic experience: ——Testimonial for —- *Ben Leitch* Club 300 Perth My wife and I returned to Perth for three months in March this year. Ben has been of great benefit in helping us both maintain our general fitness and conditioning after working with a personal trainer Overseas for a number of years. He is a delight to work with. He tailored my programme to assist in rehab following a total shoulder replacement in January this year. He is very knowledgeable both in terms of exercise and diet/ nutrition. He is patient with an emphasis on technique. He created a variable programme tailored to ensure I got the best from our twice weekly sessions. I saw genuine improvements in my physique and strength over this period. Fantastic experience: It has been a real pleasure to work with Ben at Club 300 in Perth, Scotland. I started personal training sessions in March 2022 when my husband and I returned from Australia for 3 months. We have been given a variety of well rounded structured exercises both for general fitness and specifically for our areas of injury / pain. Ben has been a very professional coach, has kept in touch with us and encouraged us to progress in a determined but gentle way. He has monitored our sessions unobtrusively but helpfully. He is skilful in changing a particular movement if it is stressing us too much. I was never bored with the routines and he put a lot of thought into working with us. He has given me a hugs amount of information on the correct technique of lifting and I feel I have progressed under his tutelage. Fantastic experience: As a guest from Germany I visit the gym. It was no problem to train on sunday morning spontaneous to do my stuff. Perfect equipment, enough weight, clean studio and a very nice and friendly trainer. I recommend this studio and I hope we us again on next vacation.

Fantastic experience: Came to Perth for a few days so signed up for a week and was treated like a regular in spite of them knowing I wouldn't be around long. Lovely, friendly staff and a clean and open gym that was never overcrowded.

Fantastic experience: I recently took part in the 4 Weeks to Fitness programme to get some motivation back having not been in a gym for many years. All the instructors were very welcoming and encouraging. The gym space is great and clearly the staff, and other members, take pride in the gym with everything in its place whenever you need it. After the 4 weeks there was no pressure to sign up for longer, but membership packages are great value, and I am now enjoying regular gym visits for the small group classes on offer.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 4 weeks to fitness. I was 8 weeks postpartum when I started. The team are great, they are encouraging and don't force you to do more than you feel able. I will now be joining the small group classes. The home exercises and meal plans are a major bonus. My problem area that I wanted to work most on was my stomach (the wee culprit in the backround of the second photo ) I still have hard work to do to get my stomach/abdominal wall back to what it was but I am so happy with my results so far! 10 stars ✨

Fantastic experience: Macauley Harley Personal Trainer Review I have been training with Macauley for the last 5 months. Initially I started in hope of fitting into a dress for my best friends wedding. I started with an idea in my head of what I wanted to do - I needed a bit of help with my lifting and someone to watch my form. I assumed Macauley was just another young PT who talks the talk but doesn’t have a clue. I have PCOS and in the last few months, I’ve developed other health issues. In the past I probably would’ve given up training but Macauley has taken the time to listen to me, learn and understand my conditions. He did this to make sure he knew how best to train and help me when I lacked energy or was unable to work out as usual. The difference between Macauley and other PTs I’ve had in the past is that he cares. He cares about me, my health and my progress. If he doesn’t know how to help me, he will research and learn until he does. Today I worked out in a gym by myself for the first time in 2.5 years (expect for gym classes). I had Macauley in my headphones but physically I was there myself. It was very hot and so I ended up working out in just a sports bra for the first time ever. I was confident in my ability and my body. This in itself is a testament to Macauley’s training, he is training me to be independent, strong and (more) confident!

Fantastic experience: I started at Cub 300 six weeks ago and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The nutrition app is a great tool, I have adjusted my eating habits but not in any major way, making slight changes in choices and being aware of what I am actually eating has made a big difference. The physical training has been varied and interesting which is important for me as it helps with my motivation. Brandon is very good at maintaining my motivation in PT sessions and checking in with my progress between sessions. I would definitely recommend Club 300, I feel it has the balance right.

Fantastic experience: Very happy I joined Club300, my favourite gym in Perth. I've been a member for around a year now using the gym floor only package as well as some PT with Alim, who is amazing, explains things so well and has really helped with my confidence in lifts that I was struggling with. The gym space is brilliant, equipment is very high standard and never struggle to get what I need to use. The place is always pristine and the staff are all wonderful, friendly and always there to help if I'm needing someone to check my form, show me how to use things or show me some new exercises to mix things up.

Fantastic experience: I joined Club300 after lockdown and I really wished I joined sooner! The staff are absolutely incredible and have instilled in me so much confidence using weights, after always being too scared. The gym is such a welcoming place and staff knowing you by name and genuinely caring, makes you feel so valued. I’m gutted to be leaving due to moving, but can’t thank Mike and all the staff enough. Fantastic experience: I joined Club 300 last year and I just attend classes and don't make much effort outwith. However, I feel I have learnt so much and I am feeling stronger. I have really benefited from the clubs mindset, movement macros ethos. Simon has really helped me on form and technique and I have Iifted heavier than I ever thought I could. Fantastic experience: I have always found going to the gym intimadating. Having joined club 300 I have gained alot more confidence doing 1-2-1 sessions with Alim and the small group classes are brilliant. The coaches are all very friendly, welcoming and always on hand to give you help and advice.

Fantastic experience: Club 300 Perth is a gold star gym. Which prides itself on group training sessions and it's mind motivation and nutrition programs. The staff are lovely, theyre your pal, and are happy to answer any questions you have. Its mid range budget is affordable even for students and if you just want to work it solo you can, just be prepared to do it with the group classes because the gym itself gives small warehouse vibes. Its a good place to work on yourself!

Fantastic experience: Joined Club 300 4months ago after seeing the results my brother achieved with Club 300 and being handed the baton of being the fat brother. Followed in my brothers footsteps and I signed up with some PT sessions with MaCaulay despite being very sceptical about PT's. MaCaulay totally changed all my preconceptions. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Macaulay takes a real interest and devotes a huge amount of time outwith the PT sessions in helping me achieve my goals and targets (which he helps set). One of the most impressive points is Macaulay (and it seems all the coaches) train and teach you to be self sufficient, giving you the ability to train and understand all things nutrition and health without the constant need for PT, although they are always on hand and more than willing to give a helping hand or some advice. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Really can’t recommend Mike and the team at club 300 enough. Always been a gym goer but lost my way a bit with lockdown and falling into bad habits. Joined last September/October and in January took part in one of their challenges. Now down 15lbs and counting, without stepping foot in the gym due to lockdown! Didn’t expect to get so much help with nutrition and home workouts. All the staff genuinely care and go the extra mile. After trying most gyms in Perth, I can honestly say none provide the experience that Club 300 do. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The friendly and knowledgable coaches, fun (yet tough!) small group training sessions and welcoming atmosphere make Club 300 somewhere I genuinely look forward to going. Throughout lockdown the team have created challenges and virtual classes to keep us all motivated and accountable during the times that we’ve not been able to attend the gym in person. The most recent 4 week Mindset Movement Macros challenge not only allowed me to focus on my fitness and knowledge of the foods I was eating but enhanced the already great community spirit amongst the members. If you’re looking for a gym to join in Perth, I cannot recommend Club 300 enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined gym 300 at the end of 2019 and have really enjoyed the group classes as well as using the open gym and more recently have started PT with Macauley. The group classes are fantastic and the coaches are friendly, always happy to help and very knowledgable. I have found gym environments can sometimes be overwhelming for me but the small group sizes along with the friendliness of the coaches allows for the gym to have a very welcoming and less intimidating feel. I started PT because I had fallen out of a routine due to lockdown and wanted to enjoy exercise again. I also wanted a structured program so I could create a better exercise routine. From the first nutrition session Macauley listened to what I wanted and we worked from a mindset first approach to help me create and maintain a positive relationship with exercise and nutrition. I already feel so much more confident that I am now in a healthy, sustainable routine and also feel so much more confident in performing strength based movements. I am now enjoying exercise again and looking forward to continuing to build strength whilst also keeping, and developing further, a healthy mindset with exercise, nutrition and everyday life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of club 300 for 4 years now and I absolutely love being a member. All the coaches are so friendly and passionate about both fitness and nutrition . I have recently completed 3 PT sessions for £99 with Macauley to focus on my form and building strength. Macauley really listened to my goals and has given me a different outlook on training. The first thing we discuss each session is how my mindset is and if I’ve managed to reach my goals for the week which I think is really important. By focusing on my mindset more it has really helped me mentally too. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with club 300 and working with Macauley. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Club 300 for 3 years...the staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The equipment in the gym is fantastic and I love the fact it is included in the group classes too. In January 2020 I started working with one of the clubs PT's, Chris, and with his knowledge and expertise he helped me understand the nutritional side to enable me to start reach my goals. Then lockdown hit and unfortunately it all went out the window. But club 300 to the rescue with there virtual classes and challenges, especially the mindset movement macros challenge. I got back into the swing of it all and feel amazing. An amazing gym with friendly, knowledgeable staff as well as supportive members too. Keep up the great work Club 300.

Fantastic experience: Mike and the team at Club 300 have developed a rare and unique gym experience that I have not found anywhere else. The gym is a really good size, in that it offers training space that doesn't feel intimidating, especially to a novice like me! The equipment is excellent and there is plenty of advice and guidance on hand by way of small group training sessions or one-to-one / semi-private personal training. I just completed a four week challenge (#mindsetmovementmacros) which could not have come at a better time in bleak January, fresh into our second lockdown. This was exactly what I needed to get back into healthy habits, but also I learned all about macros - something completely new to me - and how to fuel my body to reach my fitness goals. The team worked hard to keep us motivated, moving and in a good frame of mind, with Zoom workouts, virtual classes that we could do on demand and a weekly catch up Zoom chat. This created a really great team camaraderie, all online, which is such a hard thing to achieve. Frankly that camaraderie is a real asset to Club 300 and something which keeps me coming back (virtually or in-person!). I'm all booked in for some personal training sessions and can't wait for them to go ahead!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Club300 to anyone thinking of joining a gym. I've been to different gyms in Perth and never really felt comfortable but at Club300 the environment is really relaxed, the staff couldn't be more helpful/friendly and supportive. It has a real community feel about it. I've been training with coach Macaulay for almost 2 years, in those 2 years he's helped me gain so much confidence in my basic form/movements and made eating the right way seem so easy and simple. His knowledge is second to none and all the extra work he has put in to learn about my sport to help make sure I'm training the right way can't be beaten. With my upcoming season racing in the Scottish championship Macaulay has put in the work to give me raceday protocols to follow to best maximise my fitness and to suit exactly how the day goes. He really does listen and understand his clients goals and will stop at nothing to help get any of his clients to achieve those goals! I can't recommend Macaulay highly enough

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team that makes it feel more like a family than a gym. Has helped me improve on eating habits as well as making myself accountable on a day to day basis. I joined as I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone as well as training for a marathon. When the gym is open they are very approachable and helpful especially if you haven't used a certain type of equipment before. When the gym is closed they have many virtual and zoom workouts as well as challanges set by the team to ensure that there is always some available to help along the way even if you're clueless like myself Highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly environment where the PTs help and make you feel welcome

Fantastic experience: Club 300 has a great atmosphere, I really enjoy the classes, the staff are brilliant at ensuring you are using the equipment correctly and your on top form!! All the other members and staff make the classes fun and a 45 minute class is over before you know and you feel you've worked hard. I've never felt confident at other gyms but I've been a member at Club 300 since it opened, it's like a little community who make new members feel at welcome all the time, I definitely recommend trying a class!!! Have just completed a 4 week #mindsetmovementmacros which has improved my knowledge on food and has motivated me during these lock down times!!

Fantastic experience: I started with coach Macaulay a few weeks before we went back into lockdown. As well as loving my gym sessions and classes at Club 300, I am a really keen runner. In our initial consultation, we talked a lot about how training and food could benefit my running. Macaulay mentioned that I should think of food as fuel and that seemingly small comment triggered a major shift in my mindset. Straight away, I started to think differently about my eating habits. We talked about how relatively minor changes over time could lead to a sustainable change in habits. The weekly check-in and goal setting cemented this change in mindset and set me in a great position mentally and emotionally over the long dreary months of the second lockdown. Picking up training again when the rules changed and enabled outdoor training has helped me continue to develop and I am feeling so much fitter, stronger and healthier. Macaulay really listens to his clients. I know that when planning my sessions, he has completely factored in my goals (short-term, medium and long-term) and any issues I might have had. I feel so confident about tackling my fitness goals as I have Macaulay in my corner, supporting and guiding me.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym where you actually feel like a club member. The staff couldn’t be better, so helpful. The club has everything you need, the group classes are amazing or if you just want to lift weights they have all the equipment you need. If personal training is your thing they have a great start up offer and a lot of coaches to choose from. You wont find a better gym in Perth, 10/10 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Quite literally the best gym I have ever been a member of. Friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable and encouraging coaches . This is a gym where the staff really care about about their clients and go completely out of their way to make sure their clients are looked after and supported with whatever their fitness goals are . Also have weekly PT with one of the coaches and achieve consistent and sustainable results and have weekly activity and nutrition goals.Best results i have ever achieved. Great community of people. Fantastic experience: Staff at Club300 are extremely friendly and professional. Always a warm welcome, with top of the range equipment in the gym. Macaulay has been amazing at listening to my goals and creating both a workout plan and diet advice to suit my goals. I’ve been able to gain more confidence and better my technique with sessions with Macaulay! Sessions are always fun, yet still professional. Macaulay has brilliant knowlege, as does the whole team at Club300 and can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: After spending more than a decade deciding “which diet to embark on next” I finally signed up to Club300 and got some professional guidance. I’ve been working with Macaulay for 3 months now and to say it’s completely changed my life is an understatement. I’ve lost weight which was my initial focus but more than that I’ve started making a lot of sustainable changes. I’ve learned about macros and nutrition, what to eat, in what balance and have developed an accountability mindset which is keeping me on track - and the best bit, it’s not that difficult. The “noise” around fad diets can be overwhelming and I’m disappointed I lost so much time getting nowhere with them over the years. As a result of this, I challenged a lot of what Macaulay was asking me to do at the start on nutrition but he asked me to look after my part achieving the short term goals, trust the process and he was right!! Allied to the learning, my fitness is growing by the week, I’ve lost inches and think I’m starting to develop muscle and I’m more motivated than ever to get out and live a healthier and more active lifestyle. Life’s too short to waste time trying to figure things out and get nowhere - speak to Club300 and let them help you get on the right track and make the changes you want for yourself and your health. Couldn’t recommend Macaulay and Club300 more highly.

Fantastic experience: 5 years as a Club 300 member now and the team are still doing a great job varying the gym layout and equipment which keeps it new, challenging and exciting for the members. The service and support from all the staff is the best available. Whether you are training specifically to better your own goals or are new to a gym and looking to start from scratch, you will find the right advice and energy in Club 300. One of the greatest selling points has to be the friendly, family like feeling amongst the members which makes it a fun environment to train in no matter what level you are at. Thanks Club 300.

Fantastic experience: Have dabbled with gyms for the past 10 years but never managed to get into a good routine and didn’t massively enjoy it. Since joining club300 and having PT sessions with Brandon that has completely changed. Find myself really looking forward to session and have seen amazing results in just 7 weeks. I am stronger than I have ever been and have a whole new attitude to the gym and eating. Brandon has made the whole thing so easy and has been so approachable, answering any of my questions and building me a great plan suited to my work and life schedule. I am excited to see what else we can achieve. Operation deadlift is on!

Fantastic experience: Club 300 is such a welcoming gym, smart and perfectly equipped for every requirement. The owners and staff are fantastic and are always there to motivate and help you make you the best you can be, and more. I like how there is individual attention to what is appropriate exercise for each individual so that nomatter what age, size or shape someone is, a programme is developed and revisited as progress is made. Help, guidance and motivation is on hand all the time. In the 3 months that I've been a member I can see and feel the positive results, and I'm motivated to improve even more. I'm so glad that I found Club 300.

Fantastic experience: I had never been in a gym before and had no confidence however found that everyone at Club 300 was friendly and welcoming. Having just started my fitness journey 16 weeks ago I cannot thank Macaulay enough for all the support and advice he has given me. It really helps that he takes the time to go over teaching points and checks my understanding. My aim is to gain weight and have found that Macaulay’s tailored nutrition advice coupled with training has meant that I have already started seeing and feeling the results. I have a session once a week and can say it’s the fastest hour of my week! Macaulay is a true professional and can see that he genuinely cares about his clients progression. Fantastic experience: The whole team that work at club 300 are one in a million to say the least. From the very friendly, smiling welcome at the reception to the very professional personal training and classes on offer. Whether you are a regular gym user or a complete novice and are after your first gym experience, look no further and you will feel like family In no time. I have never been in a gym environment where every client is on first name terms with almost all staff members. Club 300 has something for everybody and also something very special that many gym’s can only dream of. A particular mention to Chris Terry a Personal Trainer at the gym who I have had the honour to be trained by, and know for many years. He without doubt shows passion in what he does and loves nothing more than to see his clients succeed and positively encourages them every step of the way! I could not recommend this gym enough. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Club 300 highly enough. There’s a really relaxed feel to the gym and everyone is really friendly. Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Great equipment, a really flexible space, and a friendly environment. Before I tried Club 300 I had never lifted weights and was scared to set foot in a gym as I found them too intimidating. The team here completely changed that! They are so welcoming and supportive and I have had brilliant coaching both in private PT sessions and the group classes. I’ve not found another gym quite like it - I cannot recommend Club 300 enough!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough! I have been a member of Club300 for 2 years now and treat this place as my 2nd home! I started the gym as a complete beginner and a little nervous but that soon changed as soon as I stepped in the door! All the coaches are very friendly and extremely knowledgable especially Chris TerryPT who took me under his wing and taught me the best way to reach my goals! The small group sessions have a max of 10 people, which are great as the coaches are able to concentrate on each individual and ensure you are carrying good form! Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym i have ever used. The team are the best and everyone is made to feel welcome and part of a community. The classes are fantastic and it feels like you receive a personal training session each time ... there is no escape!! I cannot recommend Club300 highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined club 300 in August after almost 14 years of being a member of another local gym. The difference between the 2 is amazing. I am motivated again and can't speak highly enough of all aspects of club 300. The instructors are great and keep you motivated and are actually interested in making sure you do work hard and also that your form is good. The members are all friendly and the gym itself is great. Best decision I made joining Club 300!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love working out at Club 300. The staff are so friendly and they really push you to achieve your goals. I've been here over a year now, and my confidence in my own abilities has grown tremendously, and it's all to do with the community atmosphere at this gym. If you're looking to improve your health in a supportive and friendly environment, then Club 300 is definitely the place for you!
