Fantastic experience: I held my daughter's 10th birthday party here, it was brilliant all the facilities were clean and the staff were well organised. We had s fantastic air conditioned room to celebrate after with lovely sandwich boxes. It was a fantastic celebration in these difficult times.

Fantastic experience: We went to the water world while we were visiting north Wales. Pool and facilities were very good and clean. My son lost his watch there and didn’t realise it until we came home. The staff were kind and friendly when we spoke to them on the phone, they found the watch and posted it to our address in South Wales on recorded delivery for free of charge as a goodwill gesture . Thank you so much for your kindness and help

Fantastic experience: The best swimming area in the town. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. It has three type of pools. I took my baby and they provided good environment and we enjoyed the time there.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, not just swimming, there's a gym, sauna and other activities, you can grab a bite to eat which is not too expensive, kids can join free and swim free on a Saturday.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly place. Swimming is great at the weekend and our two year old loves it. The slide and lazy river can be used with kids under adult supervision so lots to do.

Positive experience: The place was warm. The pool was busy, but the changing cubicles and toilet cubicles were a bit rough around the edges. There was grime and stains on the cubicle walls, I think they could do with a revamp or good cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Waterworld Wrexham is the best fun swimming facility i have found for many miles around outside of travelling to its namesake in Stoke or up to Southport or Blackpool. I travel from Ellesmere port (30 mins by car) as this is by far better than anything else near chester, the wirral and Liverpool. 5 pools inc 25m 6 lane main pool 2 smaller kids pools, a rapids pool with air bubble seats and other water features and then a spa bubble pool. On top of this there is a decent slide for use with donut rings. On top of this they have a decent gym containing modern technogym equipment, large freeweights area and fuctional space with 8 station rig. A studio space and state of the art virtual cycle studio top off the facilities. Well worth a visit if you have never been and definitely worth the travel from further afield if you have kids.

Fantastic experience: my boy have been coming here for swimming lesson for 6 years now, staffs are friendly, swimming teachers are fantastic. great value as he get to use the swimming pool unlimited during public swim session.

Fantastic experience: Super facility, back open again after the firebreak but felt very safe. The staff are great very helpful and professional, the only thing holding them back is the car park always being full because it's free from 11am so it's vans and all day parkers, leaving no where for the members to park but that's the fault of the council not Freedom Leisure.

Fantastic experience: Well organised covid regs. Great baby pool and fun on the slide and rapids. Nice warm changing rooms when you come out too!

Positive experience: Great Gym to enjoy. Staff and other gym goers are a lot more friendlier than other places. It's clean, modern state of the art Gym equipment and has everything you need. As for the pools, good pool facilities, not so great when families and kids crowd the place especially during holidays. The spa area especially gets crowded with unattended kids dive bombing and doing all sorts that the life guards are meant to manage but seldom are able to when speaking to them. Rather than a relaxing unwinding time in the spa, get ready for unruly kids doing whatever they feel like... considering they're meant to be supervised until a certain age they could do with making the spa an adults only area like other pool facilities do.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Covid organisation, numbered lockers and changing rooms, children's pool divided into two sections, one child/parent per e section. First class.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time at the baths today with my family as we live in Chester. Was very impressed with how clean the changing rooms were and how the temperature of the water was.. completely different to northgate arena it's freezing and rotten there. Will defo be coming back soon

Fantastic experience: We all enjoyed the pool as a family. They had the inflatable obstacle course, rapids and hot tub in use. Unfortunately the slide wasn't open but we still had a great time.

Fantastic experience: My big boy goes for swimming lessons and wouldn't go anywhere else. Since they have refurbished the cafe and showers it looks a lot cleaner. 3 great pools.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing here. 3 swimming pools, a whirlpool and a lovely hot tub for when you need a bit of a break! Great sized gym as well. Cafe has a variety of snacks and drinks with Costa coffee available. Also the swimming lessons are fantastic for all ages and abilities. There's a very family friendly shallow pool and a full sized pool as well as a smaller pool

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Classes are awesome. Fitness instructors very good! Small gym but good range of equipment. Not intimidating. Student discount. Discount in the Costa cafe for members(25%) Even though they are already good prices. Everyone is lovely there and is very comfortable

Fantastic experience: Clean pool area with loads to do. Kids loved it water slide being the favourite, rapids being 2nd. Slot of work going on at the moment august 2017 by the reception area but still a good place to use. Use it or loose it.

Fantastic experience: Staff were really nice especially woman at reception who offered us her trolley pound shape for locker when we told her we didn't have cash. The rapids were really fun for all ages an the slide is really good aswell, found changing rooms very cold coming out could have done with more heating aswell as small pool. Enjoyed the jacuzzi aswell! All in all would really recommend we loved it! Changing rooms are constantly being cleaned.
