Caroline Arnold Sports Therapy and Pilates Clinic

Fantastic experience: I have attended Caroline's Pilates classes for a couple of years now, in a small group before lockdown and now via zoom. The sessions are so rewarding either by relaxing or strengthening. I always feel safe and Caroline knows her stuff!!
