Fantastic experience: Good gym, space wise is not the best, and there is not that much of a equipment, but still good to have a 24/7 gym, the staff is great tho.

Positive experience: I would give 5 stars for gym accessibility, 24/7 and if You are coming with a car, You will always find a parking space at St James Retail and Leisure Park. 4 stars for equipment. Plenty of free weights, really enjoy Hammer strength equipment but don't feel the effectiveness on most of Life fitness machines. 1 star for gym etiquette. Rare gym member remembers to re rack the weights and equipment. Dropping or slamming the weights on the floor seems to be acceptable as well. If You come early in the morning or late in the evening You will probably find empty bottles of drinks left on the floor. So overall 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the best gym I've been a member of. Rob, Kayleigh and Tom are great - they're super supportive if you're a bit apprehensive about coming to the gym for the first time and they serve as great motivators. They're great to chat to and it makes the whole environment very welcoming. There's ample parking on site. You get an hour free during the day and any additional time is an extra 55p per 30 minutes (it's totally free after 18:00). The central location means there are good public transport links and it's easily accessed by walking. The gym itself is great. Equipment is clean, modern and up to a high standard. There are a few private bathrooms and changing rooms and these are usually kept to a high standard too. On top of that, there's plenty of variety in terms of machines - I've never struggled to get a treadmill and I can pretty much always find a bench if I am weight training. I don't usually leave reviews, but the team work really hard to make sure that you leave with a smile on your face and I haven't been let down yet!

Seems to be an up and coming thriving local business..personally the glass fronted exterior puts me off going there as i expect others like me cant help but look in when passing. No problem if you're in fantastic physical shape but if you need a bit of work then it could be off putting

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness is the ultimate gym it is clean and bright, most importantly fully air conditioned, with great range of machines and a separate room for special workouts like the insanity workout, wich is all free for members!!

Fantastic experience: 24/7, staffed most of the day and evening, other than the later hours (8pm till the morning). Plenty of equipment: Squat racks, deadlift platform, lots of benches and free weights, most machines you could ever want, lots of cardio machines. Private showers and toilets. They also run classes, check the timetable.

Fantastic experience: No exaggeration, probably the best gym I've ever been to. Staffed and attended by nice, friendly people and it is worth the (very fair) monthly membership.

Fantastic experience: My daughter choose it out of the 4 fitness studios in Dover and she is fully satisfied. New location, clean, comprehensive introduction by staff, self service 24 h access, online tutorials. Prices comparable with the others.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly. No more closing times. Does what it says on the tin. A very good gum. A good range of equipment. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! All-new, excellent equipment, open 24 hours. I love the high-tech approach. The staff are super friendly. The only problem is that I still don't get to the gym as much as I would like. The only thing I wish the gym had is big, lockable lockers but I guess there isn't really room for that.
