Fantastic experience: I went here with one of my friends and it was a nice lovely afternoon. Quick service with very friendly staff. Plus it was on a Friday so they had a two for one offer on fish and chips. Not too pricey either.

Positive experience: Great-food was excellent, staff were helpful and did everything they could to please a few difficult members of the group I was with, including allowing them to move tables. Very attentive. Menu is limited for vegan options and 2/3 of the options are very bland salads,the third is a Thai sweet potato curry which we didn't order so can't judge! Altogether pretty good!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best place! Woodland Spa was fabulous, we spent all day there. We ate in all three restaurants. Delicious food and very friendly service. Hotel bed and pillows were perfect. All staff were really welcoming and professional. We'll done. Be back as soon as we can!

Fantastic experience: We stayed two night’s in the Pendelum suite and it was beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated and was very big. The bathroom was also the same. The view was even better than I imagined it would be. The staff were amazing. So polite and so accommodating, a special thank you to Amy who greeted us with a big smile on Christmas eve right up until we checked out on Boxing Day. Shannon who served us at breakfast on Christmas day was also so so lovely and if I’m honest I’ve not come across such a dedicated and happy team at a hotel before. Hats off to everyone. The hotel is spotless , so clean and spacious. The gardens are also beautiful...it’s safe to say that we will definitely be coming back! The breakfast is also amazing, great spread and variation both healthy and gluttenous haha!

Fantastic experience: The Spa is excellent lovely on a sunny day. The restraunt Bertrams is quality with great food, or try the bar and cafe area depends on your budget. Will be visiting again.

Fantastic experience: Went for breakfast we was given the breakfast menu. By the time we was asked what we would like it was to late for the breakfast menu and was given a lunch time menu. Orders where coming out around us wrong. We ordered egg benedict the ladies who was waiting on was lovely and friendly. She offered to put the hollandaise sauce separate as we was not sure if we would like it. The food come with the hollandaise sauce on the poached eggs, the poached eggs were hard. The waitress again apologised, what a shame to have great front of house staff but then no communication after that. Other than that the Christmas decorations were lovely the atmosphere great

Fantastic experience: This is the nicest leisure centre in the whole of the north west. I've been a member for 12 months and there is nothing, repeating nothing bad I can say about this place. amazing staff amazing atmosphere and fantastic facilities.
