Arjhan Rai - GAINS GYM (online)

Fantastic experience: I’ve followed Arjan for a couple of years now on insta, I like the way how his clients can train and still enjoy there fav food. I’ve been training for 12 years, but it came to a point I needed some guidance, incame Arjan. From only eating 80g of Protien a day and only 2 meals, being scared of eating. Feeling drained and exhausted, Arjan explained the importance of nutrition, and how I can still go out and enjoy my fav food just by being smart with my cals. I was a cardio bunny, and done non stop circuits. Now I’m lifting. My box squats went from 50kg to 75kg, dead lifts from 80kg to 105kg. I’ve still got a long way to go to get to the finished article, but I will be staying in touch with Arjan. Would I reccomend Arjan to my friends. Yes I would. Would I use Arjan again in the future. Yes I would.
