Fantastic experience: I have just had the most incredible full body massage with Helen. I feel so relaxed and less stressed! I loved it so much I booked another for next month!

Fantastic experience: Really good amenities everything clean and relaxing atmosphere. The steam room was a winner for me with essential oils diffused. The freezing cold dipping pool was a nice addition too.

Positive experience: The floor in the ladies changing room needs washing. There are still stains on the floor that were there on Friday. What happened to the covid cleaning regime that we were promised? There is less cleaning done now than there was before covid. The lockers should also be wiped down, particularly the handles. The public leisure centres do it, why don't you?

Also they are really knowledgeable on each and every item they sell breaking down how each part of the product and benefit you. Well impressed!
