Join us for Out door & Indoor Circuits and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Circuit techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Join us for a STRENGTH Power Hour and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.  Strength techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, different classes using different equipment. Dum-bells, Barbells, Kettl-eBells, Sand bags and so much more.

Join us for Yoga and all our other mind and body classes and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Each discipline will teach you something different. Feel calm, relaxed, centred and switched on from the inside whilst long, lean and more lengthened from the out side, Whats not to like!

Along Side our Fitness Studio Programme, we have Personal Training. This is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified staff will work one on one with you to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal. We have a wide range of personal training tools such as Flexibility Training, Weight Training, and Core Training. Sam, Emily, Hannah and Steph are THE BARNS in house PTs

Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality The classes really helped with my anxiety during a tough time and I'm hoping to become a member again once we're allowed to attend! Yoga and boxercise were particularly great, there is a community atmosphere and the cafe is lovely too.

Fantastic experience: Lovely little cafe. Friendly helpful staff and a toy corner for the little ones. The breakfast sandwich was tasty...would have preferred it in a nap but didn't ask when they asked if I wanted brown or white bread. The kids snack was spot on for our 3 year old.

Fantastic experience: This fitness studio has been the answer to my prayers! It’s fantastic value for money, but what really makes it special is the trainers. They are so friendly, smiley and enthusiastic. It has a real community vibe, with fab classes on offer. I love the body pump and kettlebells classes - boy do you get a work out! They tailor the classes to everyone’s ability and make sure you know what you are doing. The only improvement suggestion I could offer is to put up another wall of mirrors so we can see what we’re doing in body pump and work on posture.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed in Potton for a couple of weeks and after attending a few classes at the Barns wish I lived there! I may finally achieve my personal goals if I did. They're a lovely group of people that attend and Anne could not be more friendly. If you are looking for brilliant and varied workout opportunities in Potton look no further. It's a very non intimidating environment, and I'm sure you'll get the results you're looking for with these classes. Thanks for allowing me to join in for just a couple of weeks! Cleo
