Great equipment for all your cardio and weight training needs, and an upstairs kitted out with boxing and mixed martial arts equipment. What more do you want or need.

Fantastic experience: Staff are class A , in this gym, the equipment is all in prime condition and they seem to keep re-investing in bigger and better equipment all the time. The boxing classes are some of the best classes with no pressure to become competitive in the ring, the instructors really do seem to know their stuff, everything from health, fitness and combat. Cant recommend enough
