Fantastic experience: Master Jay is the funniest, friendliest teacher I've ever met. The gym is amazing, has lots of equipment, the classes are so much fun (and really make you sweat!). I've been going for two years and I've never felt this welcome in any gym. Happy to be part of the FunctionalFit muay thai family! :)

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic place to train generally and also for muay Thai. I use it for the cardio fit classes when possible and really feel it gets me to work! Arjarn Master Jason is very attentive and overall creates a brilliant atmosphere, treating everyone with respect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been learning Muay Thai for over 30yrs,I’ve been a long term member of 3 camps in that time & trained & sparred with many many different people.. Master Jay is the best Kru I’ve had,& ive trained under the best in the UK,his knowledge of both Muay Thai & Muay Boran is vast. I train 6 days a week,I do all the classes both Thai & fitness,& every single class is different, it constantly varies,you never get bored as with some Thai gyms,& other forms of exercise. If Muay Thai is not your thing he also runs lots of fitness classes too,again varied every session, or you can even come & use the facilities & do your own training,the gym is extremely well equipped,with a ring too.. A final note,I’ve been training here every day for years,I know practically everyone by name that has trained here in that time,but I’ve never heard of the 2 reviewers that left 1 star.. ulterior motives at play there I suspect!!!!! Ignore them, a 1 star review is a total joke for this place, it’s definitely 5 stars all the way!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training in Functionalfit since December 2018. Progress which I have made is amazing. Master J. have grate knowledge. The best way to check the place is to visit it. To achieve anything in sport you have to put lots of time and hard work. I would ignore rating without any comments. This place deserves 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility for fitness and combat training. Master Jay is one of the UK’s highest qualified and respected teachers of Muay-Thai and Muay-Boran. The quality of his instruction is outstanding. Even if you have 20 years experience, you will still learn something new by training with him. We regularly travel up from Luton to benefit from his knowledge. Lots of parking available.
