Fantastic experience: Excellent local Gym with that old school feel. Separate cardio and ladies area. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a very reasonable price for membership. If you want to get your head down and train without the distractions of newer selfie type gyms then this is the place to train.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Pro Bodies to anyone. From couch potato and even having a few health problems they have been very supportive, designed a great starter programme for me and really care about their members. Nothing is too much hassle. Parking is excellent and open hours suit everyone. I am really enjoying being a member.
