I’ve been doing pilates for years and she is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She’ll guide you and push you as far as you can go. If you’ve not tried pilates - try it with Carolyn. Fantastic experience: Best pilates teacher I have ever had! When I started with Carolyn I was 40 and my spine moved like I was ten years older than I was. Within a year, I had moved up two levels in hardly noticeable increments, improving week on week. I would never give up this class - it is always challenging and the results just keep coming. I fully expect to be stronger at 50 than I was at 40 and moving better and better as the years go by.

Prior to that I had trained in Jujitsu for 25 years and had, consequently, a number of issues not the least a awful bad back. within weeks of starting Pilates with her my back eased, 7 years on I am as fit as I ever was.
