Nuffield Health Chichester Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and warm welcoming, it,s a gym that suits all age,s ....There is variety of classes to suit all fitness level and after the work out feel good after wards u can visit the cafe and relax with friends over a cuppa or some thing to eat ....

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, been coming for over 8 years now, love the choices of numerous classes, the pool, the PTs, the staff etc etc. Today we had a fantastic Zumba class with new Venessa, she’s fab. Full of energy, laughter, great choreography and great music too, so uplifting. So we now have brilliant Mel and fab Venessa, both great in their own way, but brilliant for us to have each of these diverse tutors …. Keeps us on our toes!!!!

Positive experience: We love being a member of this centre . Everything about it is exceptional ! My only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to join the classes because they are mostly fully booked at all times.

Positive experience: The staff at the front desk were jovial and very helpful. The gym was clean and spacious, though the equipment could all do with an update. Despite this I would definitely consider joining as the facilities are, overall, pretty good and the atmosphere was friendly and positive.

Fantastic experience: Well run gym with a good atmosphere. Could do with more classes early morning on weekends.

Positive experience: Loving my trial, probably join after as it’s well equipped.... steam room is lovely, pool is clean, Staff are very friendly, plenty well placed out with free parking.... Only reason not full 5 stars is the customers lack the ability to unload or tidy after themselves (not the venues fault) and the free weights plates are dated and could do with a overhaul Lovely welcoming place

Positive experience: Not sure it is quite worth the membership cost given the size of the venue and facilities available however the poolside is of the best quality in the area though the pool is average size and spa could do with more facilities such as ice dispenser, jacuzzi and hot beds as well as more showers instead of one on poolside which there is ample space for and would justify the cost for me, classes included which is potentially what is making me consider to stay but the fact there are no shower matts in the changing room in particular in front of the urinals, toilets and showers not known any leisure facility to not have these...

Positive experience: Not great when you look at the cost. Much cheaper memberships available with access to much more modern facilities. The free weights section is poor and all crammed into the corner with very little space when busy.

Positive experience: Edit. Since this experience everything seems to be okay so I'm editing the rating. Very disappointed with receptionist and duty manager today 24/7. I use the service hussle and clearly treated like lower class citizens. They both should probably be trained on customer service and also the hussle system. Being asked for ID when I have never provided it previously for this gym. The receptionist also tried getting me to fill out a parq when it is already on the hussle system. Very inconsistent. I am very glad that this isn't my day to day facility as I would honestly be having strong feedback for the general manager. Fao of nuffield. I am available for further feedback should you require.

Positive experience: Gym is amazing, excellent equipment. Changing rooms are luxury, however the swimming pool could be slightly bigger, which is why I haven't given 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I love to escape to the Nuffield Gym. The Reception Guys are always immaculate, well presented, polite and courteous at all times. The Girls are equally as lovely to help with any enquiries and bookings. Overall this gym is very well managed in terms of staff relations, customer service, health and safety, hygiene. The gym equipment is well maintained, the instructors and personal trainers are off the scale, and the choice of classes will suit any members fitness goals. I love the Pool & the Gym Area . The team work well together ; this creates a really upbeat and positive ambience. There is ample parking. It has Food and Coffee bar onsite. I would recommend anyone wanting to achieve their own personal goals to join take out a membership with this club. Everyone is made to feel welcome here. If you want to invest in your health and fitness your membership fees would not be wasted here. Its a stellar club offering 5star service all the way.

Fantastic experience: Hated the gym a year ago, love it now. The classes are really good. Staff are really cheerful & friendly even @ 6:30 in the morning. Facilities are excellent. P.T's are very professional.
