Fantastic experience: Class lead, the equipment was all in good will ordered condition. The classes I have been to were very well run. I do not have a bag thing to say. They even have bicycle parking which is a welcome break to the irony of driving to a gym. It is also just by a residential area so possible to avoid traffic going to the other gyms.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic centre!!!! I have tried many 'normal' gyms before but never quite got the results I wanted - this is not the case with Realfit. A friendly, professional team with well structured, group training sessions, to keep you constantly pushing yourself, in a clean environment with an encouraging community.

Fantastic experience: Realfit has been a great place to train. I started in August on the PAYG membership and have since upgraded to Unlimited because I have enjoyed the classes and community so much. The staff are friendly and motivating and the classes are really well programmed. It’s a great place for people of all abilities as each class can be scaled so easily on how much you can move and lift.

I'm motivated to keep coming because of the excellent trainers, interesting and ever changing classes, superb PT sessions and really inclusive atmosphere. At 40 I feel my strongest and most body confident because of Realfit ☺

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Realfit enough. It is by far the best fitness centre I have been to (and I have been to quite a few!). The trainers are absolutely amazing, they seriously know their stuff and are extremely professional. The classes are awesome, if you want to leave walking like a newborn baby giraffe then this is the place to go!. Every time is different so your body keeps guessing as to what is coming next which I love!. If you want to invest in your health and fitness - Realfit wins hands down!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Realfit! I've been a member for almost 4 years and have never trained anywhere like it. I have tried lots of "normal" gyms over the years but always got bored of doing the same thing and not getting the results I was after. There is no risk of that at Realfit. All the classes are really varied and well structured. The small groups mean that the coaches can make sure you get the technique right so you get the most out of every exercise. The coaches are brilliant at encouraging you to challenge yourself and push your limits. The online offerings during lockdown have been amazing and really varied. They are really well thought out and make sure you get the most out of each session with minimal or no home equipment.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Realfit now for well over 3 years and its a fantastic place. The workouts I attend focus on strength and conditioning with overall fitness, in sessions that alternate through focus areas such as legs, core, upper etc and also switch through aerobic and explosive power types of movements. Other classes are items such as over 50s fitness, classes for kids, women's only strength sessions and much more! The coaches are all fantastic and great to speak with and happy to give guidance and support where needed. Can't recommend it any higher!
