Fantastic experience: Luke and James are very kind and committed to pushing you along your personal journey. Whatever your goal, they are ready with the best advice, encouraging words and best of all, results are clear. I have completely changed body shape, dropped two sizes and feel fit and strong and on my way to maintaining healthy habits. I would strongly recommend Phoenix - Ministry of Fitness, it’s a game changer!

Fantastic experience: Since I started the phoenix, I have really enjoyed it, I love the fact that there is barbell work as I feal I'm getting stronger, and it is like having personal trainer as if you get your form wrong the coach soon points out what you are doing wrong, not like any other gym I've been too, people are really friendly too, I never get bored,

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym experience I have been to. Shame I didn't find it sooner and would love to have stayed longer. Really worth the money. Never felt stronger or more in tune with my fitness. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I joined Phoenix 6 weeks ago and was made very welcome from day 1. I do 3 sessions a week. Each session is varied and there is progression from week to week. Luke challenges me to lift heavier and gives feedback on form which I love. I have found the right place to build strength and train consistently.

Fantastic experience: Phoenix is hands down the BEST gym I have ever attended. I'm only leaving because we are moving back to America. I was coached, encouraged and pushed farther than I ever thought I could go! Luke and James are gems and I will miss this place dearly.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. I discovered it by Googling boot camp in the local area and the 28 Day challenge came up. It's like having a personal trainer without having to pay the big bucks. Groups are 16 max per session. They are held indoors most of the time, but it is well ventilated. I like the fact that after each session we are required to disinfect the equipment we just used. This was big deal for me as I have a weakened immunity system. Luke is great. He will substitute any exercises that you can't do due to a previous injury or if it causes pain. He doesn't judge or shout, he is there to help and encourage. You don't feel the pressure to keep up with everyone as everyone is at a different level. I like the easy online class booking. The earliest one starts at 6am. Luke uses Trainerize to keep in touch weekly for an in-depth discussion on how you feel and an overall update. You can also upload progress photos which you can view side by side. I like the strength training; I have never done it before and it has made such a big difference to my life- physically and mentally. I have spring in my step from the moment I wake up. Before I started, I used to feel groggy, and my quality of life was just declining. Having had foot and knee injuries, just simply climbing the stairs normally was pretty impossible. I am on my 7th week, and it has been great. I will continue on as I feel great after each session and always look forward to the next one...even if a little sore. Best progress I have made is that I can climb stairs normally! Come and give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Phoenix has changed my life for the better, I trained seriously many years ago, but struggled to get motivated again in a conventional gym. Luke makes our workouts fun but challenging at the same time, I love that you can book classes in advance and that sessions are short but intense. Great clientele too, I've always felt welcome and comfortable around the other gym members and its great that we are such a mixed bunch, giving each other encouragement without judgement. Thank you for getting me back on track and helping me feel so much better about myself.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get fit, or have never exercised and would like to start (for whatever reason) then this is the place to do it. Luke has been so so welcoming and as a shy person who worried about what people thought of me as I worked out, it never even became a factor. People around you are also super friendly and everyone is there with zero judgment. Having completed the 4 week course I am so much happier in myself and if there was one investment you would want to make for YOU this year, then I really urge it to be this one :) Thank you so much Team Phoenix - you’ve been amazing and I can’t wait to continue the journey

Fantastic experience: Great place to do Your workout. No judgement like in commercial gym. Very friendly team,very supportive from diet question to adjust Your exercise for Your own need. Since I have joint I enjoy every training. Is hard but us worth to do it. I feel great. I don't remember when was last time before I have so much energy... VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️

Fantastic experience: Well I've come to the end of of the 28 day challenge, except its not the end its just the beginning. When I signed up I was at a all time low, the heaviest I've ever been, none of my clothes fitted, I wasn't very confident about going out as felt horrible about myself. When I went to the introduction session I couldn't squat at all, due to severe arthritis in my left knee, (the hospital were talking about given me a partial knee replacement, I'm only 47yrs!) I've also got arthritis in my spine due to breaking it 3 times in the last 20years falling off competition horses and the last time only 2 1/2 yrs ago racing a motorbike at Brands Hatch, broke my ankle on a motorcross bike and had it plated back together only last July ....so I'm a little broken and things dont bend how they should During the last 4 wks I carefully pushed myself each session and could feel myself getting looser, stronger and more flexible, and I remember once thinking to myself my wobbly bits are getting a bit tighter I can now squat down to the floor, hold a low squat, use heavier weights, my back/core feels stronger and doesn't ache anymore, and i feel more toned I've lost 8lbs/4kgs in weight, 12 inches all over and couldn't be happier. I haven't been on a diet, just tracking my foods and working out with a great bunch of people and the fantastic support of Luke and James has been the best start of a new lifestyle change I could of done. This program is designed to help all types of people ....loose weight, get stronger, feel better, gain more confidence...its the whole package..Thanks again everyone at Phoneix and see you soon!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I joined more to improve my health than weight loss per se. In 4 weeks my resting heart rate has reduced by an average of 10bpm and I feel much fitter. I’ve also lost a few inches and dropped some weight. Feel much fitter already in such a short space of time.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise and thanks to give to Phoenix and Luke. I took up the 28 day offer after reading the website and a quick phone call and it is the best decision I've made for a long time. Lock-down was not kind to me (I was not kind to myself) and I developed a lot of excuses for why I had put weight on, using my medical conditions for a reason why I had stopped exercising. It was definitely a stressful time balancing work, children home learning and the mental strain, but I knew it needed to change, I needed to change. Luke has encouraged, inspired and pushed me week on week in a kind, friendly way and in just under 3 monthsI lost a stone in weight and feel so much stronger. I definitely recommend Phoenix gym for anyone looking to lose weight or tone up in a friendly atmosphere with well thought out routines that are structured to target your entire body. The exercises can also be tailored and adapted to any level of fitness! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending phoenix fitness for 7 weeks now, I've lost 4kg so far. I've enjoy the different fitness classes. I joined up knowingly I needed to do something about my fitness, after the 28 day boot camp I was hooked. Luke and James are very professional trainers they love it when they see you all sweating at the end of a session, they know they have achieved the best out of you. I knew this was the only way I was going to stick to a workout. I would recommend this bootcamp.

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend Phoenix fitness, For anyone wanting to change their lifestyle. I did the 28 day challenge and the results are amazing. I then became a member and have now lost just over a stone 8 weeks later. And I have more energy and I’m feeling so much better in myself. I’m so pleased. You get great support, all the way through. Both Luke and James are great.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality If you want to get fit and shed some poundage, Phoenix is where you need to be. Luke is not only knowledgeable in all things fitness and nutrition but is a great motivator. The 6.15am sessions work for me, the people and banter are great and I always feel better for having been. Highly recommended, easiest 5 stars I’ve given!
