Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to exercise, 25 mins of fun in a high energy environment. People are all amazing it's like a little community. I not only exercise, I have fun and have made so many friends through this amazing place. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to start putting their health first and doesn't like the gym environments. No egos here and such a welcoming group of people.

Fantastic experience: Well I was "persuaded" by my other half to give hitzone a try after he became a member.... being a polefit instructor and actually HATING any other form of excessive that didn't involve a pole or aerial I was very dubious..... however.... I LOVE IT!!! I can't explain it but the coaches and people there are so lovely and encouraging and I certainly feel good (and sweaty) coming out of there but don't feel the whole "I never want to do that again" feeling.... if your in doubt, don't be! Give it a go.....

Fantastic experience: Hi there I've been going to hitzone Telford in halefield since August 2020 there's been a few lock done too But the studio with owner Stuart and his his professional trainers it's a great studio they train us hard it's good company no show offs we are one big family and I'm happy to be part of it and it's helping me to lose weight tone up and get fir and enjoy life thanks

Fantastic experience: 5/5 stars simply is not enough for Hitzone. The whole premise of a 25 minute resistance HiiT session works brilliantly - add to this the dedication of the owners and coaches who give you additional support such as nutrition, coaching on habits, accountability even meditation! Whatever you need to reach your health and fitness goals - these guys will go above and beyond! The other members are also super supportive - there are no "egos" along with no mirrors. They have supported all of their members during each lockdown - moving classes online, setting challenges to keep us motivated. Most importantly - it is fun. Worth every penny and so much more (in fact don't tell them - but I think it should cost more) You could pay extortionate amounts of money to go to a fancy pants chain of gyms - or even £12.99 at your local cheap as chips gym - I guarantee you will get so much more value for money from Hitzone - and results too!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, hitzone changed my life. I didn’t leave my house for 2 years before I joined in September last year, now I go out daily I am supported in my weight loss journey every single step of the way, by not just the coaches but the members too. It’s like having a very close family. It’s a new way of life, a sense of belonging, somewhere to fit in no matter what shape or size how old or young big or small everyone’s friendly. It’s not like your normal gym it’s fun and full of energy. All the benefits from having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost I couldn’t imagine my life without hitzone now

Fantastic experience: I needed to get fit as years of sitting around and not eating correctly had the effect of weight gain. I didn't like the gym as there is no motivation to do anything. I was looking for something different something that would motivate me and luckily I found this at Hitzone. Its brilliant to get fit at Hitzone, no ego's, no mirrors, motivational trainers and members. I had loads of encouragement to reach my goals. Hitzone dont give up on you, they motivate you physically and mentally.I can only reccomend that you try Hitzone its friendly and fun and I have lost weight become fitter am more alert and love the Hitzone environment and family. I would recommend you come and try a session at Hitzone and you can make your own mind up about how to get fit and healthy. You wont regret joining the best holistic fitness family in Shropshire.

Fantastic experience: very friendly small gym, high intensity work out, oh boy do you feel great afterwards. The staff are fabulous, encouraging you to reach your potential, being aware of any injuries and medical problems. Just a great family atmosphere.
