Women Only Workout

Fantastic experience: Fantastic workouts, a range of circuits, HITT and Booty classes, which change regularly and you can push yourself as hard as as you like so great for beginners to advanced fitness peeps. They've also started a womens's only karate class. I'm so much fitter and stronger and a bit slimmer since starting with WOW. They offer a pay as you go and monthly payment option, no contracts either. They also offer 1:1 Personal Training, Joint Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training, although i haven't tried these yet. Free parking onsite too. I highly recommend WOW if your after a new fun workout place.

Fantastic experience: Very lovley staff lots of good advice helped me to get some of my weight off im having a break from the gym but will be back there when i go back would recomend this gym to friends and family :)

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I joined wow. The staff are really friendly and give great advice and support. Ive been going to the gym for over 6 months now and the results are amazing. I love my new body. The classes are great and we all have lots of fun and I've also had 1-2-1 which was hard work but no pain no gain. I would highly recommend wow gym to anybody who is looking for a friendly gym and wants great advice and support on there weight loss goals
