McMahon Training | Kent based Personal Trainer who works with clients from a variety of backgrounds, from those beginning their fitness regimes to athletes looking to improve their performance. Always with one aim in mind; to help his clients exceed their fitness goals.

Throughout working as a Personal Trainer, I apply the theoretical knowledge I have and continue to learn to every client, ensuring the training and nutrition is correct for the individual.

Due to the unique service Tom offers, price varies depending on where the session takes place to account for travel time. Sessions in the Tonbridge and Sevenoaks area start at £50 per session, with discounts available upon frequency of training and block bookings.

Tom got me training regularly at the gym and enjoying it, where no PT or gym had succeeded before!! Really top guy, very knowledgeable, motivational, friendly and supportive. I can 100% thoroughly recommend him (and do!) Thanks Tom!

I couldn’t recommend Tom more!! I’ve been having PT sessions with him for a couple of months now and he’s gradually got me doing more varied and interesting exercises I never thought I’d be able to do. And we have some fun along the way, he’s a genuinely lovely guy. We’ve smashed my body fat target and I’ve had so many comments telling me how much weight I’ve lost. I actually enjoy the gym now and look forward to our weekly workouts.

I’ve been training with Tom since July last year and I’ve seen incredible results. His training sessions are always challenging and there are never two the same. If you’re looking for a trainer with excellent knowledge and experience I cannot recommend Tom enough.

Fantastic experience: It's one of my best choice that I done in last few years training with Tom McMahon is fun but hard !I can't say how much he helped me for the last 5 month's! I'm stronger and I can keep up with my job and my 3year old son! Such a professional trainer !

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Tom for almost a year now and really enjoy the workouts Tom plans for me. I started training with Tom not long after I had joined the gym. Since I began training I have put on almost 2 stone in weight with the bulk being muscle. My fitness goals have evolved, as has my training with Tom. Initially, I was working towards running a half marathon and needed some help with building up strength and endurance. I am now working on building more muscle and gaining some weight with the hopes of doing a bodybuilding competition in the future. Tom works with my fitness goals in mind and tailors the sessions with my own training and personal commitments. I would highly recommend Tom if you are looking for personalised and effective personal training sessions!
