Fantastic experience: Solid Gym, lovely staff and overall a better place if your into building muscle strength and staying fit. Results are quicker than the new style gyms with resistant weights, and stacked weights. So many machines to hit a specific muscle at Alpine gym. Keep up the hard work!!!
