Fantastic experience: First time visiting really good enjoy aqua Class

Fantastic experience: Thank you everyone at witham swimming. From the lady that called me back to the guy on reception today and yesterday and the life Guards on duty. My husband had a stroke and now disabled, has his left arm and leg don’t move like they should. Going swimming today was such a big thing for me for the first time but everyone made it so chilled and helpful it was good fun, we are both looking forward too coming back again ….. thank you again all

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic place for any exercise activity . Fully equipped gym and swimming pool with helpful staff . One thing that stands out is the Merlin Pool . That is , a small pool with a floor that raises and lowers according to the depth required . This means that wheelchair users and clients with disabilities , can comfortably feel the sensation of the water without being hoisted or feeling anxious . Which builds confidence , and can only be a good thing . One thing worth mentioning ;plenty of parking , make sure you register your car's registration at the screen at the reception desk. They have number plate recognition . No one wants a ticket. That aside , a great place to visit .

You truly are a credit to this organisation, you have always been polite and professional, I’ve cried in front of you after having an anxiety attack and couldn’t get in the pool for my swim, you handled me with care and empathy, but you have gone above and beyond finding both my necklace and now my pendent which is so special to me. Thank you so much Liam, and your team for looking and not giving up. THANK YOU!

Positive experience: The fusion centre has a nice pool, as well as a shallower one which is great for teaching children. It has a decently equipped gym, and a couple of dance studios as well as a couple of squash courts. All in all a nice centre, with a good amount of parking and a friendly team of staff.

Fantastic experience: Take my little one here for swimming lessons. Pool is great and has one of those floors that they can adjust the levels. Changing rooms always tidy. Car park always has spaces. Staff always helpful. For me all this makes nice stress free visit and even better little man now swimming really well. Had tried other learner lessons but he definitely progressed better here. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Nice new build with good facilities. Can do a multitude of physical activities here but we use it for the swimming pool.

Fantastic experience: Staff are fantastic, attractive and great at their job. It feels very comfortable going in. You feel welcome and not under any pressure. A gym can do weird things to your head, I never feel that from this place. They have a class for just about every kind of exercise you can think of. Their parking is fantastic. All in all it's a brilliant, beautiful place.

Fantastic experience: We took our two young boys to Witham Leisure Centre and found it to be a most pleasant place. It was excellently set out; the staff were very friendly and helpful; and the pool was excellent - much warmer than the Colchester one!!

Fantastic experience: Modern and all working. Vending machines were not all working which was a shame.

Fantastic experience: Such a great learning pool for little ones and plenty of space in the main pool for adults. Changing facilities are great, plenty of changing rooms/lockers and showers. My other half has his physiotherapy there and his progressed really well and is given plenty of information from them with things to do at home. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pools, particularly the small pool which is always nice and warm for the little ones. Charging rooms are mixed which makes it a lot easier as family to get changed and the shower cubicles at the end of the changing rooms are great idea because you can have proper shower after you've had a swim. Staff are always helpful

Fantastic experience: Really nice swimming pool for children, they had large floats out for the kids to play on in the small pool and a large inflatable raft for bigger kids to run across (and fall off of). We now choose this pool over Maldon or Braintree which look less clean and are more tired looking.
