Fantastic experience: i have been here before with my dad , very quiet and good equipment , would recommend to people who do not like loud noises. I was wondering though what is the youngest age you would let in there unsupervised and could a 12 year old come with a guardian? Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Everything you need to either gain muscle or lose weight is here. Good friendly staff willing to help out. The monthly price is excellent value for money so there aren't any excuse not to train here. Probably has THE BEST gym mascot I've seen the owners British bulldog

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym you can ask for. Welcoming atmosphere, High quality equipment and Delicious shakes. There's plenty of options for weight machines and performance supplements. Staff are extremely accomodating and help whenever asked. I'd join ASAP if I were you.

Fantastic experience: Good size gym with matted area and bags. Very clean and welcoming unisex gym. Staff are friendly and approachable, my wife and myself train regular mid mornings and there is a good family atmosphere with random people offering advice and helping each other. TOP GYM LADS KEEP IT UP

Positive experience: Might be smaller then most gyms opening in cov but has the essential dumbbells and cables If your in to boxing they have punching bag as well which pure gyms doesn't offer
