Fantastic experience: its the best swimming place i have been to since i was born!

Fantastic experience: Like everything about this place - use the gym most, but excellent pools, include 3 flumes, 2 of which have water jets to 'launch' you uphill !

Fantastic experience: It is a very nicely managed facility in the Basingstoke leisure park area, the pools are well maintained with good swimming coaching for kids as well as adults, the slides are not operational due to some maintenance work and hopefully will be restored very soon , it's a good place for kids to learn to swim ,the staff is cooperative and well trained, be it the instructors or the life guards . Overall will rate it as a very good facility

Fantastic experience: My 5 and 2 year old loved it. I loved it. My girlfriend loved it. A very good pool. A whirl pool and good water slides. Oh..and they have a small but adequate and well thought out baby area. A little tired in places but it didnt affect our enjoyment...it maybe would affect the mood of older kids.

Fantastic experience: I thought the changing rooms were clean and the floor. Was washed every 20 minutes so as i got dressed my clothes werent soggy. The staff were attentive but i didnt feel like i was being watched all the time to make me feel uncomfortable. Thoughly enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: I go swimming early and there are always plenty of lanes. The staff are lovely, and always very helpful. I also go to a yoga class in the gym. I am currently recovering from surgery, but I know the staff will be there to help when I ease my way back to swimming, and the gym.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter here today and I would like to leave a 5star review especially to 1 particular lifeguard sorry didn’t catch his name. Since my little girl was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in March I been a bit worried taking her to places where I know she will likely go low. Today though the lifeguard was really helpful by allowing me to put her care bag at the poolside and he was clued up with how the libre sensor works and said he will listen out for her alarm. Thank you so much for your kindness it really helped and reassured me. My daughter had a fantastic time too even though she did have a hypo but easily treated with jelly baby.

Fantastic experience: Half term visit with my daughter and two grandchildren. We had a great time. Good to see the new showers insitu and working. The one hour session just flew by. Plenty of lifeguards on duty which made for an extremely safe visit. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We will be back.

Positive experience: Long past its best before date amd half of it permanently closed Pool was a little cold especially for the younger ones. Under 6 go free which was good. Would happily return but only ad its convenient to where we live.

Fantastic experience: Phoned ahead and checked flumes and pool were open as we have 13 x 12 year old party to keep amused. helpful reception said All okay, they enjoyed it and cheap enough. Would be nice if it had viewing galley as its weird walking around with shoe covers on fully clothed inside the pool area. Reviews below seem harsh as it all looked good to us and all tired out children at the end of the day which is well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Slides lagoon what more could you want For what it is great to take the kids needs a bit of investment to make some of the bits work right but overall nice place to visit will be returning soon

Fantastic experience: I mean, before going, I went to see the reviews and saw some disappointing stuff like 'It was very dirty' or 'terrible staff members,' I found nothing wring with the place even with grime. There was nothing to be bothered about even the dirt, with a family of 4, none of us had pointed out anything bad. I thought it was good, there were 3 rides but 2 were open, the Yellow Peril and something else. It was great fun and if I were you, just go and see, don't listen to the other reviews.

Fantastic experience: Had a enjoyable time in there with my dad, the changing rooms were dirty but very functional still. The slides were fun, especially the green one. The water stream in there is nice and a great place if you just wanna swim and do tricks or talk to friends in. The lifeguards are efficient, i saw a man drowning in the drop of the green slide and they had a swuad of them helping him.

Fantastic experience: A great swimming pool for family fun. Very similar to a Butlins experience with three good flumes (although only two were operating when I visited). The flumes were perfect for more adventurous primary age children and there is a good 'lazy river' with lots of things which splash and so. Good value and staff were friendly and helpful. On a school holiday it was busy but the queues were not ridiculous and a wrist band system was in place to limit you to around 2 hours in the pool.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, and if certain parts are closed, they charge less, on one of my visits, they charged only £2! Incredible!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic water park, great location, multiple pools, makes a lovely day out for the whole family. Great experience went with my granddaughter on school break, we loved it going round the lazy river, lots of splashes. Very fun rapids, Jacuzzi, 3 flumes, 2 of which have water jets to launch you up great fun. 25m pool for good swimmers. Amazing exercise pools clean warm water in all the pools. Very helpful and friendly staff who work tirelessly in very very busy environment on half term. I salute you all. Keep it UP! 10/10 Plenty of changing facilities and lockers. Good on site coffee shop lots of tables to sit and relax. Recommend everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great pool, great gym. Can get a bit too busy sometimes. If you don't mind it being busy it's all you need to keep fit, healthy and loose weight.
